This home away from home is a two-bedroom, two-bath paradise getaway. The sunsets are magnificent and can be viewed from the lanai, living room, and even master bedroom. This unit has just been equipped with all brand new furniture, including the linens, silverware, glassware, cookware, and decorations. The pool is spacious and offers unbelievable views of Burnt Store Marina, Charlotte Harbor, and the Gulf. Steps away from the pool are a sauna, steam room, fitness room, hot tub, and unbelievable clubhouse with Wi-Fi and a pool table.
Within walking distance, you can pick up some supplies or the day's newspaper at the Ship's Store and talk to the friendly Harbormaster and boat owners. Get a glimpse of lumbering manatees and dolphins right from the docks. Burnt Store Marina is a wonderful Gated Community with a 27 executive-hole golf course intertwined on the property. There is a Pro-shop as well as an eatery and an Aqua-Driving Range. Not only is this Gated Community safe and beautiful, but the residents make it the friendliest place on Earth.
There is also a restaurant, Porto Bello's, right on property next to the Ship's Store. You can enjoy a great meal, or sip on a glass of wine while looking out at the boats of Burnt Store Marina. You can even sing along to live bands on the weekends, or be entertained by the karaoke 'Pros' on off nights. Either way, it's a lot of fun!
