Walk out your door and onto the beach. This fabulous home has views from almost every window. The open living/dining and kitchen area w/ hardwood floors is on the second floor and offer commanding views of the ocean. There is a huge second story ocean front deck adorn with bar height cocktail tables, lounge chairs, dining area and gas BBQ grill. Enjoy morning coffee, mid-day sunning and evening cocktails while taking in all the sights of the beach – you an even see the dolphins playing from the deck. There is a wood burning fireplace for cooler evenings. Two bedrooms occupy the second floor; one queen with private bath and views of ocean and one with 2/twins with bath and views of ocean. There is also a queen sleep sofa in the living area.
The first floor has a large open foyer w/hardwood floors that leads to another large ocean front deck/porch area complete with patio furniture for lounging or evening cocktail parties. The views of the ocean are equally spectacular from this deck/porch. There are four additional bedrooms on this floor with two full baths (2 queen bedrooms and 2 rooms each with 2 twin beds). There is a large in-ground shared pool. The house has 2 zone central air, w/d, dw, micro, fully stocked kitchen and off street parking. You have privledges at large in ground pool behind home which is part of Oceanfront Villa Complex.

The house is beautiful. Very comfortable, casual, and clean. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils, etc. Great views. Got to watch the sunrise and dolphins swim from the deck in the morning. Walked two blocks to the Lighthouse Cove and watched the sunset in the evening. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Very short drive to Rehobeth (or a long walk on the beach if you're up for it). Would definitely stay again!Recommended for: Age 55+, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children.

this past summer, we stayed here.. and it was ABSOLUATALLY mind blowing. i loved looking at the beach at night and being able to walk everywhere because the location was absolutally perfect. i would recommend to anybody, who is looking for a place to stay in Dewey Beach, to stay here. The house is very nice and honestly is very pretty. i loved my vaction in Dewey Beach, and having a tremendous hous like tis one to stay in just made my vacationing even better. I give this house a ten in every category. Be sure to stay here next time you vist Dewey Beach. You definitally WILL NOT regret it. In fact, you might just fall in love!(:Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children.
