My Daughter and I booked this condo for a last minute beach side getaway weekend. It was seriously a home away from home. The beds were so comfortable and the condo was nice and roomy. Being only 3 floors above the pool and beach it was nice to be able to take the elevator down and go swimming and then come back up to grab a bite to eat in the full kitchen or just relax watching a little T.V. or siting on the balcony. Having reserved chairs on the beach is such a nice luxury that I don't know if I will be able to visit the beach again without it. The weekend we visited there were a ton of college kids visiting but once you are in the condo I didn't hear them at all and then if you are a morning person the pool and beach were empty since all the kids were sleeping off the night before. I have never been able to relax so much on a 2 day vacation. Oh and walking along the beach after dark is so much fun that after going for a walk one night my daughter begged me to go for a walk the next night too. Great condo at a great price so there is no reason to think twice about it.

My friends and I stayed in this rental during spring break with our teenage daughters. Loved the location of the unit, and the view from the balcony was perfect! The check-in process was very smooth, and the staff was very friendly. We hope to stay in this unit again next year!

This is my second stay at this particular resort. I find it very accessable when trying to maneuver through traffic. You have an option of exiting on Middle Beach Road to avoid the crowded strip. The owner's are very attentive and genuinely care about your stay. The Check-In process was easy and every property employee that you come in contact with are very friendly and helpful.

Our stay at this beautiful condo was nothing short of perfection. The beds were comfy, the kitchen well equipped and the staff very helpful. I had a couple of questions once we arrived and Heather and Randall responded immediately. The view from the balcony is spectacular and I wholeheartedly recommend this condo to anyone looking for upscale accommodations.

My boyfriend, friends, and I chose to stay here after reading previous reviews and loved the condo. The view alone was not a shabby site to wake up to daily. The kitchen and living space was perfect for quick meals. I found the front desk staff to be super helpful about parking permits - the boyfriend rented a harley for the week, and extra room keys. Beach service is a luxury that I will have to add to my list of beach must haves, it was so nice to have a non sandy landing space right on the beach. From our chairs one day we saw dolphins flipping as a sting ray swam by. I LOVED coming home to the Grand Panama nightly and I usually miss my bed at home and our plush pillow top - our king bed in the condo was very comfortable. The master bath was spacious and plenty of space for 2 people getting ready to go out. I found the location of the condo was pretty well in the middle of the strip and not to far from either side of the beach. We made use of the washer and dryer in the condo and it was nice to go home with all clean clothes instead of the usually smelly vaction messes that happen while gone for a week. I found the owners very easy to work with and quick to answer emails with questions. Without a doubt a great stay for us.

This resort is super!! Anyone looking for a place to stay in Panama City should consider Grand Panama one of the best places to stay. The pictures to this room do not do it justice, the rooms are much prettier in person and all amenities listed are accurate. Check in as well as check out was done in a matter of minutes and you are on your way. The facility and all grounds are very well maintained with gorgeous views from this room. We saw dolphins jumping and doing tricks every morning we were here (I have small children so we were up with the sun, so sunrise was the best time to see dolphins).We had several families traveling with us with multiple cars, and parking was never an issue. The beach and pool were awesome!! I was traveling with small children and they loved the pool, very kid friendly environment. Rooms were also kid friendly. Grand Panama is in an awesome location, I would say all sites you would consider visiting are within a 5-10 minute drive from here. The owner was very helpful and went out of his way to answer my many questions I had concerning this room. Most all of my family was with us on this beach vacation, however I would recommend anyone to stay here. Again this room and the resort is AWESOME from booking all the way through checkout, we no obstacles or misleadings. I would recommend the Another Broken Egg Cafe for breakfast, the food was fantastic (the owner told us of this place!). I would also recommend Gulf World if you are traveling with children, my child begged me to take her back.

My experience was great. This condo is fantastic for people of all ages. Its has very modern look and plenty of room. Perfect view from the balcony. Theres plenty of things to do on the beach. Parasailing and banana boat rides were my favorite. If you just like laying on the beach with a drink in your hand, its very relaxing too. Its in a very good location. Pier Park is close if one is interested in the shopping scene and also has the famous "Margaritaville" for all you Jimmy Buffet fans out there. I will recommend this place to everyone who is coming to PCB.

Lovely condo

My friend and I went for a quick girl getaway and did not want to leave. Absolutely beautiful condo and the location is spectacular! Not too high up or too low but situated perfectly on the third floor. The beds were very comfortable and the condo well furnished. In fact am bringing my nephews for a visit this summer and staying here again. We enjoyed the view each morning and evening while sipping on our beverage of choice. And the beach service was fantastic. Capt. Anderson's was good as well as Bonefish which is in walking distance. Lots to keep kids busy with in Summer which is why I will be returning.

My wife and I stayed here 4 nights and 5 days to celebrate our anniversary. It was our first stay at Grand Panama Beach Resort. It will not be our last. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This has to be the best unit in all of PCB! The view is awesome. The balcony is huge and is situated between the tops of two palm trees. The pool areas and grills are immaculate! We wanted for nothing. Enjoyed cooking meals and snacks in the full kitchen with plenty of utensils. Another Broken Egg and Bonefish Grill are located adjacent to the property and very easy to drive or walk to. We will definitely stay here again. I give it a 10!

Wonderful time. The view from the balcony makes you feel like you are actually on the beach. The rooms are quiet and peaceful. The beach was beautiful, and all the people that worked there were very friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. This has to be the best condo in the building.

The condo made for a fantastic family vacation with abundance of room. Pictures do no justice for all the aminities provided to you and the decor is upscaled. The location is ideal for resturants and shopping.The 5th floor walk way and covered parking garage was always available with easy access in and out, making safe for the kids away from traffic. The staff made for easy check in and information. The spacious deck, facing the ocean, had a wonderful view of the sunrise and sunset across the sandy beaches. The pool and hot tub was convient coming in from a day on the beach. An experience not to be forgotten.

The Condo was wonderful for our family vacation! It had everything we needed and was beautifully decorated! We all felt right at home! We loved the covered parking and the easy access to the beach! Thank you, Heather and Randall, for allowing my group of gal pals and myself to rent your lovely condo for our yearly girl's beach trip. The pictures posted on this site indicated this would be a nice place to vacation, but really don't do justice to the condo. The condo is decorated tastefully without fussiness, like an upscale boutique hotel, but with such an abundance of space! The beach service was utilized everyday and the pool area and hot tub were great! Close proximity to shopping and restaurants made impromptu runs for forgotten items and dining so easy. Your kitchen, however, had everything needed for preparing meals for dining in. This was the best girl trip ever and I will be in touch to secure dates for a whole week next time; five days is not enough!!

In my family, when someone tries a dish and says"Don't eat it! It ain't no good!", you can bet it's wonderful and they want to keep it all for themselves! That's the way I feel about this place. I want to say "Don't go!" because I'm afraid you'll have it booked the next time I want to go! It's really lovely. I thought it might be inconvenient to the beach, but it wasn't at all. The views from the balcony are spectacular and the condo is comfortable and cozy and well appointed. The beds are so comfortable that I've priced the same mattress to sleep on at home. I can't see myself staying elsewhere now. And no, I'm not kin to the owners! I don't even know them!

We recently spent a month in Randall's gorgeous Condo and it was a truly a fantastic experience. The location is ideal. Right in the heart of Panama City Beach and had all the amenities to make our stay wonderful. The condo is absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed: gas barbeques, washer, dryer, well stocked kitchen, super comfortable beds, wall-mounted LCD Televisions everywhere with tons of channels with excellent reception, lots of room, coffee on the deck in the morning, and the condo faces the ocean perfectly for some of most beautiful sunsets you will ever see. Thank goodness for digital cameras because we literally took hundreds of pictures from the balcony alone. The bubbling ocean front pool, which is right off your balcony is one of the most impressive we have seen. Although it was a little chilly for swimming in Jan-Feb, a second roof-top pool was fully heated every day for anyone who wanted to venture and the hot tub was simply awesome in the cool winter temps. The property managers were always available and extremely helpful, even though we really never needed them because everything was perfect, clean, user friendly and properly prepared for our arrival. The parking garage was safe, convenient and parking was always available. And finally....the spectacular beach. The condo sits directly on one of the finest and widest stretches of sugar-white powdery sand in the world. If you are planning a beach vacation this is definitely the condo you want to stay in! Thank you again Randall for sharing your outstanding condo with us.

Exceptional view and conventent walking distance to beach and pool. Pool with awesome bubbling feature. Hot tub feels excellant after a long day on the beach. Transaction was smooth and hassel free. I have stayed at the Grand Panama before and this is by far the best condo. The bedding was very comfortable and the decorations were excellant. The fifth floor walkover was nice for families with kids as far as safety. You never had to be near roadway. The condo is in the middle of the strip so it is equal distance to the Pier Park and Pineapple Willeys.

This condo was very nice, clean, and spacious. Great kitchen with marble counter tops and stainless steal appliances. Has a great beachfront view of the ocean and overlooks the pool. Also the location was very convenient and close to popular restaurants. We will be back next year for sure!
