  Our visit was great. My husband was able to go right out the door every day to fish. There were nice dishes,silverware, and wonder pots and pans in the kitchen. There were a few things missing that I would recommend to replace-paring knife, dishes to use in the oven or microwave. The owner was helpful in immediately taking care of our problems or concerns. Thank you for a beautiful month in Florida.

  Our family of 7 was extrememly comfortable during our stay. The details and finishes are gorgeous. We had plenty of room and enjoyed using the kitchen and porches. The property is just as described and the owner was easy to work with. The guys enjoyed fishing off the dock out back and caught A LOT of fish! We enjoyed Boca Grande and Englewood Beaches - both within a 10 minute drive. Englewood Village had some great restaurants,shops and a farmers market. We had dinner at the Fishery Restaurant in Placida (walking distance) and Johnny Leverocks in Cape Haze (5 minute drive) and both were excellent. We visited the Fisherman's Village in Punta Gorda on our last day since the weather wasn't warm enough for swimming. It is a little further away but had great local shops - art, souvenirs, wine, etc. and fun restaurants. It is right on the water so the views were great. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to a friend!

  I booked this property for a weekend fishing trip with some friends and was not disappointing. What more could you ask for then being able to walk out your back door and get on your boat. It is located adjacent to a marina, so getting fuel and bait was no problem. The house is in a very private gated community with a community pool that is perfect after a long day on the water. I would definitely recommend this listing.

  Great Place to vacation!!! Bring your boat and pool floats.....the house is plenty spacious with lots of porches. Boat dock just at the bottom of your steps and all the neighbors and other renting people are very nice. You can catch lots of fish out in the Harbor and beaches are very close by....10 minutes by car....Mall is about 15 minutes by car...Looking forward to going back again next year....if not sooner.

  Huge House! accommodations were great. Walk right out to the pool. Kids loved it! 5 Minute drive over bridge to beatiful beach in Gasparilla Publix 2 minute drive, WiFi, great sound sysem and steam in shower ! Can't wait to go back. Very quiet/private neighborhood and smores / bonfire at night on very nice fire pit. Thanks again.

  My husband and son really enjoyed our 2011 Christmas holiday at this home. It was beautiful! It had high end finishes and decorations. I highly recommend it.

  This was our 2nd time here and it was as nice as the 1st time. The place is great and the weather..... was as good as it gets for Nov. We hope to make it back again in 2012 Still one of my favorite places to stay on the West coast of Fl.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this unit. Everything is top notch. Plenty of parking. Centrally located with great access to Boca Grande, Cape Haze area, Palm Island, etc. Great boat facilities.

  There are some wonderful details that make this a GREAT place to stay. Steam shower in the master bath was wonderful. The house is beautiful just like it looks on the site. Having the boat right out the back door is so nice. The kitchen is very updated, loved the drawers!! The only draw back for us was the light coming into the master bedroom from the marina. Lovely window treatment, but some black out shades would have been nice. I would love to stay at this home again. It fulfilled all of my families needs. Thank You
