This is a great place. Literally across the street from the ocean and beach! The huge second story deck has a great view of the ocean. The two living spaces make it ideal for adults and kids. I plan on booking another trip, soon.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers.

This was my families second stay at Sues house. Just as good the second time around. We cook all our meals there comfortably. It's always nice for the teens to have their own space and the downstairs is perfect for them. Also, so nice being just a minute and a half walk to get to the beach. Perfect, we will be back hopefully sooner than later.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway.

Linens were a little sparce for 8 people but spoke with owner and next time we can request how many towels, etc., we need during our stay and they will accommodate. Owner is very easy to work with. We had a wonderful visit. We did not eat out so cannot recommend any restaurants.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

Overall a wonderful VRBO experience. Sue was great to work with and her rental was exactly as she portrayed. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay. Although nothing fancy, the accommodations were very comfortable and the decor was perfectly beachy. Having 2 bedrooms and bathrooms on each level was perfect. The stairs going upstairs are steep but easy with 2 handrails, one on each side of the staircase. The door at the top of the stairs allowed us to keep noise on each level separate when we closed it. We found plenty of towels in the linen closet. The kitchen was open to the nice dining area. We spent many hours sitting at the table and relaxing. The dishwasher was a bonus and worked well but it was tippy when opened. My suggestion for improvement would be to offer a pot big enough to cook a large batch of pasta - if there was one, we couldn't find it. TVs upstairs and down made for stress free viewing, although we were on the go enjoying the area so much we didn't do much viewing. We loved the easy access to the beach and the quiet location. We stayed during a warmer spell, but appreciated the responsive heat systems when the fog rolled in. The huge deck was nice. We definitely would rent Sue's Dream in the future.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

This is a great family home with lots of space for adults and kids. The location is great for bikes and walking. Just across the street from the beach with a nice ocean view. The kids loved having their own space and there were plenty of games and movies to watch, no need to bring our own.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children.

We stayed at Sue's dream place and it was everything the add described. It was comfortable, cozy, clean and a good size. We had a great time the home worked out great for our families. We had my sister-in-law and her husband and her two granddaughters downstairs and we were upstairs. Sharing the kitchen was a nice addition in bonding with family we hadn't see in a year. We had other families also come they shared two other homes and we decided we got the best one! The upstairs deck provided a very nice view of the ocean which was a very short walk across the street. None of us wanted to leave it was bitter sweet. We plan on renting it again next year which can't come soon enough. Sue was great she was polite, nice, informative, and very helpful. Really when you start talking to her you feel like you've know her forever she was very comfortable to talk to and easy to work with. And more important very trustworthy which is so important especially if you've never rented a vacation home in another state before. An added plus is my husband and I were awaked by a black, medium size bear going through our garbage at 2:30am in the morning on Thurs July 26th. That was pretty amazing we were upstairs so we got a pretty good view. My husband called out to it and it ran off...darn I wasn't done looking! I highly recommend Sue's Dream Place!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

We love staying at Sue's place! It has everything you could want from a beach house at a really affordable price. The bottom floor is an awesome kid's suite with two bedrooms, full bath and a sitting area/game area, complete with tons of fun board games. Upstairs is another 2 bedrooms, full bath and the living/dining/kitchen. I love that it has a dishwasher! The deck off the second floor is a great size and offers beautiful views of the beach and sunsets. The furniture is all very comfy and new. I can't say enough great things about this beach house!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway.

We recently had the privilege of spending a few nights at Sue's dream. After a few hectic days up in Seaside, we were ready for some down time and were not disappointed. The first day there, we (me, my wife, and our two teenagers - 15 and 17) went out on the deck to enjoy some sun, and all of us fell asleep in the sun, listening to the ocean just across the road. that made for some great tan lines! The place is great, lots of room for everyone, and the foosball table definitely got a workout as we played every night. We also enjoyed a few movies and had some great family time together. It was so nice to have a "home" to come back to each night after being out all day enjoying the Oregon coast. we also spent some time on the beach, and the sunset on our last night was amazing. We are already talking about coming back to the "coast" and will hopefully be able to stay here again. Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful property with us.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. The views of the ocean are just beautiful and the home itself is nice. They have a wide variety of DVD movies, books, games and sand toys. The weather was nice while we were there. Would stay again. The listing and photos are accurate. The property was clean. The owner was very helpful with answering all of my questions. The sand dunes were a lot of fun and Old Town has a lot of nice shops.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.
