This family friendly condo is priced approximately 20-30% less than comparable three bedroom accomodations in Watersound. Our prices are very close to 2 bedroom condo rates in Watersound. It provides an excellent relaxing getaway for vacation. In addition to the discounted price, we provide a free golf cart (up to $300 value weekly) to carry our cooler and our free cabana and chairs (up to $150 value weekly) over the dunes right to the gulf.
Welcome to Watersound Beach. Join us for a relaxing stay in our condo in our outstanding, luxury community. Your stay will provide a picturesque view of the unspoiled dunes, rolling tides, and boardwalks traveling toward the gulf.
After a day of exploration of our sugar white sand beaches, prepare gourmet meals in our upscale condo with adjacent commercial grade gas grills. It has a large pool right next to the condo with an excellent poolside grill staffed by a professional chef in case you do not want to cook lunch as well as access to a second pool nearby.
Even though we have priced ourselves considerably less than others, your stay at our facility is nothing less than first class (see attached pictures). Our condo has an open, spacious floor plan with breathtaking views of the gulf. Our condo is only a very short walk over the dunes right down to the water. It has a spacious living room ideal for spending time with your family or friends.

The view from the Great Room windows will take your breath away. The location of this unit makes you feel like you're nestled on your own private island. We enjoyed biking, walking, and golf carting on the many different pathways. Condo itself is nicely decorated and very comfortable. You'll have a hard time leaving this one.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, people with disabilities.

We had an amazing time in Watersound...the condo is beautiful and the beaches are simply exquisite. We enjoyed biking around the area, going deep sea fishing (caught a lot!), and just relaxing. Having the pool right across from the condo is so nice, and the golf cart makes trips to the beach absolutely easy. Thanks again for everything - we really appreciate you sharing your Florida gem with us.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

My family and I chose this condo not only because of the condo itself, but also for the many wonderful amenities and price. When we walked in the door we were floored at how beautiful it was. Even though they are nice, the pictures on the listing do not do justice. We thouroughly enjoyed the relative seclusion we enjoyed while on the beach. There were none of the large crowds like there are in PCB and made for such a relaxing time. Thanks for the Cabana too...that made it easy to spend hours at the beach in near 100 degree temperatures. Our son enjoyed riding on the golf cart (that was one of his favorite things besides digging in the sand). I highly recommend this condo, and we are discussing when we want to go back.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children.
Owner response: My goal is to try my best to give your family the best possible beach vacation experience available. We are the only condo in Compass Point One at this time which allows free use of our golf cart during your stay. In addition, we allow free use of four bicycles and our beach chairs and cabana. We think that the biggest advantage of our condo is the very private beach which is less than 200 yards away. We are priced 20-40% below our competition, but offer many more amentities. This makes the second stay in this wonderful Watersound condo. This condo is beautiful and the easy access to the beach is great. My family will not stay any where else on the beach. We have already booked for next year!!!! We have stayed in several condos in the past 20 years in the Destin area and by far, this condo is the best!!! Just love it!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

We spent January and February, 2011 in this wonderful condo. It is a great location with beautiful views and easy beach access, especially convenient with the furnished golf cart. The owner was very quick and responsive to any questions and concerns we had. Watersound Beach has many extra activities and is very convenient to all the restaurants and shops along Hwy 30A. We would recommend the location and this condo to any family or just a couple for a pleasant get-away in the Florida Panhandle.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

About the owner: I am a dermatologist from Paducah, Kentucky. Our family has loved spending time on our vacations at Watersound.
Why the Owner Chose WaterSound Beach:
Much more of a private, upscale beach compared to Westwinds and other similar properties in SanDestin, Destin and Panama City. We do not have to deal with rows of chairs to get to the ocean as one does at SanDestin. Most of the time, there is only one family within 40 yards to the right and one family 40 yards to the left on the beach in front of our condo. This dramatically cuts down on the stress of watching your children in such a private setting.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
The hardwood floors, granite tops, and comparable upgrades are much nicer than other condos we stayed in previously at other locations.
