This was our first time renting from an owner and we were nervous. Maria made the arrangements and checkin very easy. The location allows for great beach access along with walking distance to several reviewed restaurants. Also, our older kids were able to help us bring back from a 24 hour grocery store breakfast, snacks, and drinks for 4 days. The desciption is very accurate. Use of a car to get to the rainforest and old city is recommended but be sure to have GPS as we found the roads very confusing. After a few of my rentals for a family vacation fell through, I was worried. Then I contacted Maria who assured me of her reliability. I found that the description was accurate. The condo gave us access to to one of the nicest beaches I have ever seen. There was a fitness center in the complex. We were able to walk to some outstanding restaurants. The condo was also very comfortable for our family with its three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Maria made sure to meet us and gave us contact information in case of any problems with the condo. I would recommend this property highly. Maria is a great hostess with a condo where you can have a thoroughly enjoyable vacation. I hope to go back there in the future.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, pet owners, families with young children, age 55+.

I visited San Juan with a group of 6- 4 women in their 20's and two in their 50's. Maria sent us pictures of her place, and it was exactly as we would have imagined. 10 minutes from the airport, 14th floor condo with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This was perfect for us, since there were two mother/daughter pairs, and then two others. The mothers and daughters had 1 queen room, 1 king master room, and the other two friends each had their own twin bed in another bedroom. Plenty of closet and drawer space. Each room had a window that looked out to the ocean. And the view from the balcony!! :) It was the first thing we saw when walking into the condo! Absolutely breathtaking. As we were a group of women, we felt very secure since there were 3 doors (with locks) to enter the condo. The owner has great taste in decorating and made sure our condo was very clean. Plenty of towels were provided. There was a wall-mounted TV in each bedroom. Cute bathroom soaps and shampoo were supplied. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Kitchen had a large fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and washer and dryer in the far corner. Plenty of storage space for your food and drinks. The staff was great; extremely helpful whenever we needed it. Everyone was friendly and offered great advice. There were two rooms in the property's lobby that had 3 computers available in each for free. It was nice to check email and print out our boarding passes at no charge. I only had to wait for a computer once, and then only for about 5 mins. The beach in front of this property is great. Towels could be picked up on the way to the beach, supplied in a room in the lower level. Chairs were available for rental at $4 each, umbrellas at $10. The condo is right next to the El San Juan hotel, so we went to their pool bar for drinks, and for dancing at night. There was a cart on the beach that sold chicken and beef skewers, hot dogs, water, etc. The water was perfect- nice and warm enough so that there was no shock upon entering, but cool enough for a break from the sun and heat. The waves were gentle, but high enough to have fun jumping in them. The sand was soft too. We had a lovely time, and are looking for an excuse to come back soon! Maria was sensitive to our needs, never intrusive, and always willing to give great advice and make us feel very welcome. Great value and price, and a wonderful owner.Recommended for: Girls getaway, sightseeing, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, families with young children.

Had a great time. The pictures you see are the exact representation of the property. For the six of us this was very comfortable we never go in each others way. The kids had a blast taking the bus to San Juan for .75 cents and taking a cab back home in the evening.Everything was near by the casinos,fast food and fine dining recreation were steps away. Our family reunion was at the Playa Dorada Condo next to the Ritz and we were able to walk there. The covered parking space was nice and building is very secure.I would rent this unit again. The realtor Victor was very helpful and available. We were able to entertain our family who visited with us just as we would at home. Something you cannot do at a hotel.Recommended for: Girls getaway, sightseeing, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, families with young children.
