  We visited beautiful Marco Island and the Sea Winds last month. We had a wonderful time walking the beach and shelling. The condo was clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony was breathtaking and romantic.We can't wait until next year!!

  On the recommendation of American friends, I decided to book this suite. It was my "Swan Song" for my family! I took my daughter, son-in-law and two grandchildren We had 2 fabulous weeks. The weather was glorious and the accommodation was just perfect -very clean and well laid out.My son-in-law loved his golf whilst we women lazed by the pool.We took many trips-Everglades,Naples etc. and my grandchildren loved exploring the shops,scuba diving and my grandson even tried his hand at para-gliding. i can't say enough about Melissa's kindness when she drove my daughter and granddaughter to Marco Health Care Centre after my granddaughter broke her toe. She really went above and beyond. Thank you for a memorable holiday.

  Coming from cold wet Ireland this vacation was perfect.Our condo was most comfortable very clean and cheerful with heavenly views from the balcony and master bedroom. We enjoyed relaxing in the heated pool ,playing tennis ,walking on the beautiful beach ,and watching the breathtaking sunsets from the balcony. Melissa was extremely helpful - telling us about good restaurants and places of interest to visit. We had a fantastic holiday!! I highly recommend Seawinds and Marco Island for a wonderful time.

  Just came back from Marco... It was the perfect place for my 2 favorite things to do. Golf and Beach!!! We would play a round of golf in the morning at the Rookery which is just over the bridge in Fiddler's Creek and head to the beach and the pool in the afternoon, the Seawinds is right on the beach so there was no need to pack up the car with beach equipment. It had such AWESOME views from the 16th floor. Me and the boys took full advantage of all the sporting activities they had on the beach. We rented jet skis and paddle boards. We just had a great time overall.

  We had the best time. The view from the balcony was amazing. We watched the dolphins play everyday we were there. The condo was perfect for our family of 4. We played at the beach and pool during the day and at night we walked to Mission Plaza for dinner. They had everything there. Italian, Mexican, Pizza, Irisih Pub and a Sports Bar. They even had a movie theater there were we could order food and watch the movie ....it was great for the kids. We can't wait to go back next summer.

  condo was well appointed, with new 18" diagonal tile and also newly painted.The view on the 23 ft. terrace was outstanding. The master bedroom faces the ocean.We could see the stars at night. There was a heated pool, jacuzzi and two tennis courts.The beach was extraordinary. We took home buckets of shells. Melissa recommended Joes' Italian deli great take out, also Artuor's which was also excellent. Overall stay was was great. We are planning our next trip already.

  from Happy Renter NY Every thing was perfect. It lived up completely to our expectations.... beautiful, spotlessly clean interior. Stunning views from the balcony, magnificent sunsets, a beautiful white sandy beach, a great pool. Melissa, the rental agent was helpful, taking time to answer our questions, to recommend good restaurants and to tell us about the many exciting activities. We visited Briggs Nature Center, had an unforgettable boat tour of the Florida Everglades, explored nearby Naples and had many delicious meals in local restaurants. In between we swam, sun bathed, walked the beautiful beach, dined on our balcony and felt 'on top of the world' It was a fantastic vacation!!! My three friends and I highly recommend Seawinds.

  I recommend that you d o not rent this condo, the realtor melissa is dishonest and will misrepresent the condo, the condo is old and dirty. melissa and the owner are both people you will not want to do business with, they will take advantage of you and make your vacation unpleasant.

  Owner response: Dear Homeaway, I am surprised at the review of the renter in question. I personally escorted the family into the unit and conversed with them. At no time did they complain to me about the cleanliness or the condition of the condo. But as we got on the elevator to go to the higher floor where the unit was located, A relative expressed their concern over the height. This was the first time that I heard about the fear of heights the renter had, but they said they would give it a try so I had left them in the unit at that time. That is the only concern they expressed to me. We regret not being able to please the family but we have never had any complaints before, and in my opinion the height issue was a factor. We have a lower, larger end unit condo in the same building. If they would like to rent in the future the owner said he will give them a discount for that condo. Thank you

  Stayed here with my family and loved it!!! The kids had so much fun.The views and the sunsets from the 16th floor were Amazing !! The beach and the pool were Beautiful!! Can't say enough about what a wonderful place this is.
