  Good Afternoon Imad, I just returned home from my trip to Mexico. Just wanted to check and make sure everything was in order with the Casa after we left. You have a wonderful well appointed Casa and we thoroughly enjoyed the small pueblo of Telchac Puerto. Was quite windy for most of the days we were their put thank goodness for the pool. We ate at the 2 restaurants you mentioned in Telchac and also tried a few others that I had spotted on my morning jogs around town. Again, Thank you for offering such a wonderful place to unwind and breathe for a week.

  My husband and I spend fantastic vacation at Villa Playa Del Faro. It was an excellent holiday house in an great location. We were very pleased by the close proximity to the town square and it is just like it shows in the pictures. Beautiful, right on the beach. The pool was clean and refreshing on a hot day. The house is well maintained, organised and very comfortable. The view from the upstairs patio for breakfast was a favorite. Next time we will stay for longer. The people of Telchac Peurto were very welcoming. Yvonne the property manager is very helpful in getting you settled in. We had an amazing time. Thanks so much!

  Hello Imad, Your villa is like a 5-star resort! We were so impressed at how thoughtful everything was arranged, even to place scented sheets in the dresser drawers! Lovely decor, good quality throughout and not lacking for anything!! We have travelled a lot for 40 years, - we used to work in the travel industry and we have stayed at the best hotels/resort in most countries. Your villa is top drawer! You have all these great DVDs! We ended up buying a beach house in Chelem! Also, FYI, Ivonne I was a great, - very helpful and gave us some good information. She is a wonderful representative for your property. Lovely lady.   We spent a week here duringDecember 2012 - January 2013. We had a great time at this villa. The rooms were truly beautiful, with breathtaking views.The house was decorated just as nicely and was very comfortable. The kitchen is especially well appointed, with everything you can possibly think of. Internet works very well, large screen TV with huge amount of movies to watch. We enjoyed the open air, fresh breezes and beautiful sunsets each evening. Store to buy food was down the block, walking distance, and beach just steps away. When water was rough we spent time by the pool. You could never be bored in this place. We were very comfortable and felt like at home. Thank you Imad for the wonderful vacation.

  We spent Christmas at this property. It made it very special. The owners though only communicated via phone and email, were very friendly. The booking process was an ease also. Weather was great. The property was perfect. Everything you need is there and in great shape. Kitchen, rooms, bathrooms,and pool very clean and all in perfect working order. Telchac Puerto is very peaceful. It is not for the party life, unless you bring your own. Nice privacy. Thanks again folks and Happy New Years.

  I recently came back from spending couple of weeks in Telchac Beach @ Villa Del Faro. The rental process was nothing but a pleasure! Imad and France are two of the most polite people I ever deal with. The Villa is located at a perfect walking distance from stores, restaurants and the main Plaza (Downtown Telchac) so you will have easy access to everything you need. The Villa is absolutely LOVELY and WELL equipped! All you need to bring is your clothes and sunblock! If you are a cook you will find ANYTHING you need in the kitchen to make a nice meal!. The house has two nice size bedrooms which was perfect for our family ( My parents took one bedroom and me and my 2 young kids the other one) The beds are nice and comfy and I must point they have the soften sheets! The Villa also has hundreds of movies, a great selection not only for adults for also for kids. The TV system is amazing as well, so treat yourself to a movie night at night time, make popcorn and relax! The Caretaker, Ivonne, was also very nice and very helpful as well as Gary (pool guy) who make sure the pool was clean and ready for us at all times! I'm planing to return to Villa Del Faro for more amazing times! Thank you Imad and France for letting us stay in your Villa!

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children.

  Four of us stayed at this lovely Villa with a sandy beach right out the front gate. A quiet and relaxing location with shops and restaurants. The home was very spacious and was equipped with everything you could need for cooking, outdoor activities and modern conveniences such as TV and wi-fi. The owner was wonderful to deal with and our arrangements went very smoothly. It was wonderful to look out and see dolphins swimming by in the ocean-a real highlight!

  It was our first time in an non all inclusive resort. We really had a great vacation.The Villa was beautiful,brightly colored,nicely furnish in a word perfect.We were surprised by all the commodities on site...internet, big tv in the living room, impressive collection of dvd's and games,neat kitchen, heated swimmimg pool and a big balcony over looking the ocean. Wow... what a view! Amazing, peacefull and quiet. We walked for hours. As for the people, they were kind, always smiling and going out of their ways to make sure everything was perfect.We will always cherish those memories and we are looking forward going back for more! A special thank you to Imad, the owner, Gary the janitor and Mauricio the handyman (thank's for the fresh orange juice): )

  We had a great time at Villa Playa Del Faro, the weather was amazing, the villa was well equiped and everything is new, beds comfortable,and Ivonne, the property manager very helpful. Place very safe. It is a wonderful area with lost to explore - mangroves, salt flats, Pelicans, Mayan ruins, little towns and more. We had a lot of fun visiting Uxmal & Chichen Inza And also a great place to relax by the pool, or to watch the sunset WAW! We are planing to come back next year to Villa Playa Del faro

  Thank you for making your beautiful house available to guests. The home was well stocked, beautifully furnished and ideally located in the town. The property manager, Yvonne, was a blessing. We had a rental car that broke down several times and she was able to help each time. She's a wonderful resource. The roads and ease of driving in the Yucatan are wonderful and the people helpful and gracious. Getting around was easy. The drive to Celestun was long but interesting and if you are in Telchac in the winter, that is where the majority of flamingos are mating. Going to the market in Motul was sheer joy....the vegetables were like pictures, the food was delicious. Everything felt safe and everyone was warm and gracious so people shouldn't be concerned about being adventurous. The only thing that would be helpful is a unofficial street map of the town....It took us time to find things since we "entered" the town from Telchac Pueblo not via Progresso.....we thought we kept missing the supermarket and never found the coconut ice cream. Also when things sometimes/usually happen, i.e. open food grills on Saturday or Sunday. Unfortunately we missed that completely. Once again thank you we had a wonderful time.
