  This property was very clean and well-maintained, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It was located in an area of the city that made it easy for sight seeing, shopping, dining out, and the river walk. We had great meals at the Dock Street Oyster bar and Bone Fish. We also enjoyed dining in as this stay was in the midst of a 3-week road trip. We were happy to find a great Whole Foods market not too far away. Would highly recommend this property.

  Since we have a 2 year old, we prefer renting homes instead of hotels when we travel so we are not stuck in a room during naptime and an early bedtime. This place was perfect for the three of us. It was clean, quaint and a fantastic location. My husband plays the guitar and we were so happy to see one when we walked in the house. It felt like home.

  Me and my husband have spend dream holidays in Wilmington in this house this summer. The house have a great location, just few minutes on foot by the center. The house is very clean, colorfull and there are lots of small attention by the owner! All this attention make you feel home. Thank to them very much !

  We have used VRBO many times and this was the best yet. So many extras to make our stay enjoyable. The property was exceptional, clean and very accomodating.

  My friends and I absoultely loved this townhouse! It was beautiful inside, beds were very comfortable, bathrooms spacious and walk in closets were great! Kitchen was plenty big and enough seating in the livingroom. No complaints about the house at all. We were there for a girls getaway and exactly what we were looking for! It was in a perfect location and just a 5 minute walk to everything downtown. An easy drive to the beach too! A great neighborhood, felt safe to walk home at night from the bar and not hard to find when we arrived! We went on the Hollywood tour and ate at some fantastic restaurants! We cannot wait to be here again next summer!

  Renting a place based solely on pictures can be dicey. So we were VERY pleasantly surprised when this property turned out to be so wonderfully decorated and clean! Comfortable beds and walk-in closets, great bathrooms, great water pressure and a ample kitchen. The location was wonderful - within walking distance of the river and historic Wilmington. (Even for our 80 year old mother). I would warn people that it is right on the edge of the historic part of the city and it's not so nice looking if you wander too far in the other direction. But never felt dangerous even at night! Great place. We will definately rent here again.

  This is a delightul home. Very clean. We walked daily downtown past historic homes to the Riverwalk and main commercial areas. Nicely furnished and comfortable. Wished for tv's in the bedrooms and the owners said they would work on this. Very responsive home owners. Wonderful living room, kitchen and two large bedrooms each with its own bathroom and walk in closet. I would absolutely stay there again and recommend it to others. There was dish tv with free movie channels and free wi-fi. Comortable, beautiul leather furniture in the living room. Cute eating area off the very nice and clean kitchen. The owners were fantastic and responsive. If I ever move there I hope to consider them friends.

  I would highly recommend this home! It is more beautiful in person than the pictures show! The home was spotless and has everything you could possibly need. Just bring your toothbrush. Thank you so much for a GREAT weekend!

  We hoped for comfortable quarters in a convenient location in Wilmington for our brief get-away. We got what we wanted and then some. The townhouse is cheerful, equipped with all the conveniences of home and located in the heart of town. We especially enjoyed the beautiful old homes on Front Street in their holiday finery. Certainly worth another visit.

  We wanted a place where we could celebrate Thanksgiving dinner while visiting our daughter who has an apartment to small to even change your mind in. This was an excellant choice. It was well maintained and clean. I would recommend it to anyone who isn't just looking for the beach scene.

The unit is located at 525 S. Front St., Wilmington NC, 27801. Our unit faces Front St. and the Cape Fear River. It is on the right-hand side of the shared driveway. Two marked parking spaces are provided for you behind the property. Use the driveway to access them. Our phone numbers are 919-332-9286 and 919-939-1334 should you have any questions or problems. As soon as we receive your final payment, we will send you the lock box/key instructions. Our email address is jeannedavebennett@gmail.com. CHECK-IN TIME IS 3 pm EST AND CHECK OUT IS 11 am EST. No early check-ins or late check-outs without prior permission. 1. THIS IS A NON SMOKING RENTAL UNIT. However, you may smoke on the front porch. 2. PETS ARE NOT PERMITTED in the rental unit. A $300 cleaning fee will be assessed if pets are allowed on the property by the renter. 3. RENTERS MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE. 4. SECURITY DEPOSIT- A damage/reservation deposit of $100 is required. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within (7) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met: a. No damage is done to rental unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear. b. All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in refuse containers outside, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher. c. All keys are left in the lock box and rental unit is left locked. d. All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure. e. No linens or other homeowner items are lost or damaged. f. No early check-in or late check out. g. No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay. 5. PAYMENT – An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required to create the reservation. The advance payment will be applied toward the rent charges and includes the $100 security deposit. Use the Pay Now secure link that is available on the VRBO website or contact the owners via phone or email to arrange other payment options. We accept PayPal (VISA, Mastercard, etc.) or you may mail a check to C. David Bennett at 306 King George Loop, Cary NC, 27511. The BALANCE OF RENT is due fourteen (14) days before your arrival date. 6. CANCELLATIONS – A fourteen (14) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than fourteen (14) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations made with less than 14 days remaining will forfeit the security deposit. Cancellations made within the final 7 days prior to the reservation and/or early departure do not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. 7. PARKING – Parking is limited to two (2) vehicles. Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. The parking spots are marked “525” and are the 2nd and 3rd parking spaces on the right-hand side of the lot behind the rental unit. Additional free parking on the street is available in several locations. However, any illegally parked cars or cars parked in spaces marked for other rental units are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees and is the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. 8. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of guests is limited to four (4) persons. If approved in advance, additional guests may be permitted for a charge of $20.00 per person per night for guests in addition to four (4). 9. INCLUSIVE FEES – Rates include a one-time linen-towel setup. Daily maid service is not provided. We suggest you bring your own beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the townhome. 10. RATE CHANGES – Rates subject to change without notice until the contract is signed and the deposit has been accepted. 11. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS – Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in. 12. WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS – Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance. 13. STORM POLICY/ROAD CONDITIONS – No refunds will be given for storms unless the storm is categorized as a tropical depression, tropical storm or hurricane by the national weather service. 14. The homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. By completing this reservation, you agree to all terms and conditions of this agreement.
