We purchased this property because of its view and location - the best in the city. It was purchased as an investment and as a home-away-from-home. We live approximately 75 miles east of Vancouver and enjoy coming into Vancouver to visit family, shop, dine and go to the theatre and art galleries.

The Unique Benefits of this Condo

Our penthouse is in an ideal location because we are a block away from Stanley Park, the harbour, as well as shopping and a great variety of restaurants. Often when we come into Vancouver, we keep the car in the garage because the apartment is so close to everything. The view always changes and it is spectacular during the day as well as at night.
