This is a beautiful and spacious 1500 square foot beachfront condominium with amazing views of the beach and sunrises and a Manager/caretaker living just across the street. It is located just South of the large resort/hotel Secrets Excellence and a short 2 kilometer walk further South will take you to the town square of Puerto Morelos. Restaurants, shopping, grocery store, taxis, internet cafes and a money exchange are all located there.
It is a comfortably furnished and decorated home that you can relax and unwind in while enjoying the views. This unit can easily sleep as many as six with 1 king, 1 queen and 2 full/double size beds in 3 bedrooms. Large closets in two bedrooms and beautiful, tiled bathrooms. Marblelike tile floors throughout and plenty of windows to open wide and enjoy the sea breezes. Granite counters in the kitchen.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with an electric oven and cook top, microwave, toaster oven, full size refrigerator, bottled water dispenser and plenty of dishes, silverware and cookware to prepare and enjoy wonderful meals of fresh seafood and local fruits and vegetables. There is air conditioning, ceiling fans and a washer/dryer for your convenience.

The condo was absolutely wonderful! It was very clean and had everything a person needed. The view of the pool and ocean was great. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The only difficultly we had was the Taxi driver had a hard time finding the condo.Recommended for: Age 55+.

We were very pleased to find the condo well equipped and comfortable.The owner has taken great care to provide an ambience of elegance and convenience. Watching the sun rise from the Caribbean while still in bed was a highlight. When a minor issue arose we were able to contact the owner immediately and he had the problem resolved promptly. I hated to leave this place when the week was over. Puerto Moreles is an absolutely charming little town - a gem sandwiched between Cancun and Playa del Carmen.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

This was our second trip to Mexico and our first not staying at a resort. We were concerned about not knowing the area, things to do, places to eat, etc. When we arrived we were met by the property manager who gladly guided us through everything we needed to know. He gave us personal recommendations of places and restaurants we should visit. The condo was beautiful with a spectacular view and the infinity pool was terrific. Staying away from the resorts allowed us to truly experience Mexico. Puerto Morelos is a village town with small shops and restaurants, excursions at any time during the day, and you can wait for the fishermen in the afternoon for the freshest fish you've ever eaten. We met some of the nicest people and everyone was so helpful and pleasant. We can't wait to experience this trip again!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

WE spent 8 wonderful days (3/17-3/25). It was perfect for 5 adults. If you want quiet, this is the place but only 5 minutes from town where there are wonderful restaurants in PM. Everyone so friendly. Owner was so easy to deal with. We would definitely go back!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

Relaxing week spent over Christmas. Condo was clean, spacious, bright and comfortable. Easy 20 minute walk or 2 minute drive into town. Large Walmart 20 minute drive back towards Cancun. Manager across the street was friendly and helpful. Great location for excursions. 2.5 hours to Chichen Itza, 1.25 hour to Tulum, 20 minute drive to ziplines and cenote swimming and the boat picked us up on our beach to go snorkling on the reef. Condo owner was very pleasant to deal with and responded promptly to all emails. I highly recommend this condo if you want a quiet, relaxing place for an awesome vacation. If you want more the partying and nightlife, stay in Cancun or Playa del Carmen.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

Puerto Morelos is a small town with friendly people. A pleasant place to relax and unwind far away from the hustle and bustle of the more touristy areas of Cancun and Playa del Carmen. The discos and nightclubs are only a 20 minute drive if you get the urge for some exciting nightlife. Puerto Morelos has a small town square where the visitors and the locals gather in the evenings for events and celebrations. There is a local handicraft market in the south end of town close to the port and a Jungle Spa run by the local ladies in the Colonia on the other side of the highway. Cancun and Playa del Carmen are only short drive and have all of the upscale shopping that you could desire.

Beautiful sunrises and the soothing sound of the sea are always here for your enjoyment. This is a lovely, clean unit with its own private beachfront balcony. It is totally equipped for a wonderful vacation. There is a sundeck and pool located just a few steps above the beach. The beaches are always open for enjoyment, seldom crowded. There is a wide variety of restaurants from gourmet to local cuisine available for you to choose from.
