This end unit was completely refurbished in the summer of 2010. This stylish condo offers guests the opportunity to enjoy a casual island lifestyle; yet the amenities offered lend themselves to gracious living and entertaining. The fully equipped kitchen comes complete with high-end stainless steel appliances, as well as custom built cabinets, and beautiful granite counter tops and dining bar. All cookware, counter top appliances, cutlery, glasses, dishes, and serving pieces are brand new. There is a 50 bottle wine cooler as well as a full pantry off the main kitchen area. The three bathrooms have newly installed cabinets and granite countertops. The flooring in the two bedrooms and the entire first level living space and kitchen are high gloss solid carbonated bamboo hardwood. The main lanai is covered in gorgeous porcelain tile. All interior living areas have been freshly painted and completely redecorated with high-end furnishings. The cable boxes in the living room and master bedroom provide digital high definition cable TV on 42' flat screen televisions.
The master suite is well appointed with a king size bed, reading area, aforementioned television, 2 chest of drawers, a double vanity in the dressing area, a very large walk-in closet, separate water closet and enclosed shower. The connecting lanai, which is covered with the same porcelain tile as the lanai off the living area, affords one exquisite water view of the Jug Creek basin. The second bedroom is beautifully decorated, with a top of the line queen bed, flat screen television, and its own private adjoining full bath. The sleeper sofa in the living area will accommodate 2 additional guests. The third level also has a spacious utility room which houses new top of the line large capacity, High Efficiency LG Front Loading Washer and Dryer. These were purchased in March of 2012. Within the utility room is ample space to store linens and towels as well as cleaning supplies and appliances.
This townhouse has a separate deeded dock and a 10,000 lb electric boat lift located directly outside the unit: mere steps from the ground floor storage room. The Bocilla Island Marina is readily available to our guests who require either gas, ice, or bait. From the dock's location, one can travel the winding channel of Jug Creek, and within 5 minutes find themselves upon the waters of historic Charlotte Harbor. From there one has unimpeded access to Pine Island Sound, the Gulf of Mexico, Useppa Island, Boca Grande, Cayo Costa, and Sanibel and Captiva Islands. These locations have been recognized as being some of the finest saltwater fishing areas in the world. There are no shelling beaches more productive than the white sands of Sanibel and Captiva Islands. The miles of secluded, pristine beaches of Cayo Costa offer one the opportunity to relax, swim, and experience the serenity of the area as it existed hundreds of years ago. If one enjoys dining by boat, the Lazy Flamingo, Tarpon Lodge, Cabbage Key, and Barnacle Phils all accommodate the boating public. If the leisurely pace of Kyaking is more one's style, the idyllic calm of the surrounding mangrove forests is unsurpassed for spending the day exploring or wetting a lure.
Upon entering the Bocilla Island Club complex, an indescribable serenity envelops one. The abundance and beauty of the landscaping is truly unparalleled. The palms are plentiful and majestic. The lushness and colorful splendor of the landscaping lining the pathways and defining the buildings are unmatched by any other facility. Even though one is only minutes from golfing, shopping, fine dining and strolling through the art galleries in Bokeelia and the quaint village of Matlacha, one will swear that they are ensconced within their own private island enclave. The idyllic setting relaxes one and soothes away all outside cares.
Also for one's recreational pleasure, the complex has two large, tropical heated pools and two superb waterside tennis courts. However, if pure relaxation is what one is seeking, I would suggest watching from the waterside screened gazebo as Bottle Nose Dolphin and Manatee frolic in the waters of Jug Creek's expansive basin, while shore and seabirds glide majestically overhead. Finally, there is no better way to cap off one's days than by enjoying the vista afforded by a splendid sunset over the waters of Charlotte Harbor and the Gulf of Mexico from the end of our 400 ft. fishing pier.

This unit was described as the "Most Elegant" unit at Bocilla Island Club, and it really is. We have stayed at a couple other properties here and this one is the most beautifully decorated and the best furnished of any. We love Pine Island and will return again. The weather and fishing were excellent. The owner was very helpful and attentive to our needs. We would highly recommend this area and this property.

This is a well appointed property with all the amenities as described in the listing. The grounds are beautiful, fishing is fantastic, wildlife abounds. Saw dolphins and manatee swimming in Jug Creek when sitting in the lanai. While this is a quiet relaxed area, there is something for everyone. From art galleries to golfing, bird watching, kayaking, quaint restaurants and more. We enjoyed swimming in the heated pools and meeting lots of interesting vacationers. The owners of this condo were very helpful in getting us aquainted with the area. The unit is clean and very well maintained. We would definitely rent this unit again.
