We love the location on the 2nd floor - very convenient. Dan Morgan was extremely helpful and responded immediately when the television in the master bedroom became a problem.   Rating Details: I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the place and location. Beach and the use of chairs was great. The condo was pleasantly comfortable and we really felt at home. Closet full of equipment including a cooler was wonderful. There were only two things that could be improved otherwise it was perfect! The pillow covers were the inexpensive covers and were crunchy when you moved at night. Ended up removing them. We had to stop using the second bathroom shower. Terrible smell from the drain each time it was used. Thanks for the interest in feedback. Hope it helps.

  This condo is to die for!!! Beautiful furniture, excellent condition and the owner is awesome to work with. Why stay in a hotel when you can stay here??? This is my 2nd stay at this condo and whenever I come back to Siesta Key, this will be my place to call home. You will NOT be disappointed!!!!

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

My only issue was this unit didn't have a bath tub, which was a little hard with a 2 year old who was not used to showers. But overall it was great.

  Just got back from beautiful Siesta Key, and our experience at Chrystal Sands #206 could not have been better! The view was great, the condo was spotless, and the owner was available if we needed anything (we didn't . . . he has everything covered!). The condo is on the second floor, located just above the entranceway to the pool and beach. This location was one of our favorite features -- just steps from the sand and water, and if the elevators were busy, just up 12 steps and we were at our door. Everything in the condo has been updated, and we loved the open floor plan. The screened balcony was terrific -- both bedrooms and the main living room have access to it -- and we kept the sliding doors open at night to hear the Gulf water hitting the beach. The appliances in the condo were new, there were plenty of towels, and with the terrific breeze coming in off the Gulf, we never once had to turn on the AC, despite it being in the 80s during the entire week. Chrystal Sands is a beautiful resort, and I can't imagine a nicer condo than #206. The owner is great to work with -- if you are looking for a worry-free, relaxing vacation in a first-rate condo, then this is the place for you! My wife and I give it our highest recommendation!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway.
