  We stayed in this beautiful home last year for our family vacation and it was the best vacation ever. We had 12 adults, 3 teen boys, 3 preteen girls and 2 kids under 3, that being said we needed space and easy access to the beach and we got both in this home. The pool and outdoor kitchen where incredible, you could see and hear the ocean while in the pool. We plan on staying in this home again soon.

  This house is the absolute most beautiful home inside and out. There is not one thing that was missing from this house. Everything was very well thought through. Everything is top of the line. This is our third year coming to Destin and this house is the best one yet. I don't think that it can be topped. The owner has been extremely accomodating. He has answered all of my questions and emails very quickly. All of the beds were very comfortable and the house was clean. The ocean is only a block away with no main roads to cross. The beach is amazing and not crowded. The pool is fabulous. It is very nice size and is so beautiful at night with the lights that change color. You can see the house all lit up from the beach. Its beautiful. The pool deck is very open and spacious. There is even a restroom outside that is air conditioned. I would reccommend this house to anyone. Definitely worth it. It is absolutely amazing. The owner has been great. Its been a great vacation. Thank you Ben!!!

  we were one of the first guests to stay in this beautiful home.. It was near perfect and we loved our visit to Destin. The appointments are first class and the pool was warm and lovely. We pushed the 2 dining tables together so that our group of 14 could eat as one. This home is well placed in Destin--you can go in either direction for fun and shopping. The only drawback we had was the 7th "bedroom". It is only a small narrow bunk room with no closet or shelves. There are 3 bunks in there and it was not a nice place for an adult couple to share and it also had to share a bathroom. I know this would wodrk well for kids, but it does not for adults. The beach is a few steps away. Our host manager Ben would not have been more accomodating in helping us set up. You will be delighted to stay in this spectacular home.

  The home was absolutely gorgeous. Had all the possible state of the art amenities one could dream of on vacation or in their own home! Don't forget to pack your i-pod so you can use the docking stations located on the walls throughout the home....whole house wired with speakers! Thank you for an incredible stay.

  We chose Villa Belagio for a 14 person sales meeting May 8 - 12, 2011. The home was completed one month ago and is located in Destiny by the Sea. I would call this area "mid destin". The Villa is totally gorgeous. The owner and building spared no expense in this home. The pool area is huge and beautiful with several fountain features. The home is wired for sound in all rooms - you can plug your ipod into the wall and voila, have it play all over the house. We experienced a few technical difficulties as I am guessing we were one of the first renters they had that used the entire place! But, the superintendent came right over and helped us with the problems. There are 3 floors, with bedrooms on each. There are three large covered porch areas - one on each floor. The top floor has the game room and three bedrooms,( two kings and one queen.) This is probably the quietest floor of all unless......people are up playing pool and foos-ball all night. The 2nd floor has the huge kitchen and dining room, den and two bedrooms - a king and a bunk bed room with three sets of bunk beds (very comfortable). The bottom level has another den, and at least two bedrooms (one king) and one with three queens and two twin beds (each have their own TV). There is an elevator between floors - easy access with bags and groceries. If you have a large group and need to get away from the others - you can find a place to do so in this home. It is 5600 square feet. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils and cooking pots. It has two ovens, and a wonderful Wolfe gas cook top. We pushed the two large dining tables together to get a meeting space for our group - it worked great. The beach was just a half block down the street - and is gorgeous! White sugar sand is Florida perfect. We had a nice beach view from every level of the house! We enjoyed our meeting here. The house and area and beach are perfect!
