A full-size washer and dryer (new), and fully equipped kitchen with new appliances (dishwasher and disposal) also are included. A walking trail, and beautiful pool and Jacuzzi, are only steps away!
Pelican Bay is known for its beach, tennis, golf and friendly people. The private beaches at Pelican Bay can be accessed by walking, biking or enjoy the scenic ride via the beach shuttle. Not only do the white sandy beaches and the blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico await you, but you also have use of lounge chairs, umbrellas and cabanas (without charge). The beachside restaurant and bar serve a variety of items daily. If shelling and sun-bathing is not your idea of fun, then try a canoe on Clam Pass, a kayak or sailboat on the Gulf.
