  We have rented many homes over 25 years in Kiawah and we look for comfortable furniture, thought out household appliances and a good supply of kitchen needs. This house did not disappoint - beautifully decorated with all potential needs Met. The owner is very caring and wonderful to work with. Do not hesitate to rent this home.

  The property fit our needs, and we were taken with Kiawah (our first visit). The open kitchen, living, dining area works well, and we liked the screen porch and the nearby community pool. The master suite is very nice. It is spacious, apart from the other bedrooms and has a sun porch that leads to the screen porch. The beach -- very nice -- is a 10-minute walk. We enjoyed our stay.

  We enjoyed our stay at this property immensely. This was our first time staying in the Ocean Green neighborhood and we appreciated this home's proximity to the neighborhood pool, as well as the beach. It was a short bike ride to the beach and the East Market. The home was very clean and well appointed, we had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable, including lots of kids toys and beach toys! The owners are terrific and went out of their way to ensure that we had everything we needed and offered their own advice/tips on what to do and where to go, prior to our arrival. We hope to return next year!

  We stayed here for the Kiawah Marathon weekend with another family. The house was perfect - within walking distance to the start/finish line and the beach. We were able to sit down as one big extended family for meals. The kids enjoyed the upstairs loft/playroom. We all spent quite a bit of time there together. I'd definitely consider returning and spending more time here!

  We could not have imagined a better home for our family vacation this year! We are familiar with Kiawah but not with the Ocean Green neighborhood. It is now a new favorite of ours. This lovely home is separated from the clean, uncrowded neighborhood pool by just one home. The pool was always clean and we never had a problem getting a chair. When it is time to head to the beach you are just a short 4 minute bike ride away. The boardwalk that is closest to the home leads to a very uncrowded part of the beach. And as always the beach is wide and BEAUTIFUL. The home itself is super clean, lovely, very well appointed, large and comfortable. We especially liked the large dining area and the additional seating on the large screen porch. The biggest surprise to us was how much we appreciated the large garage. We had plenty of room to store all of our bikes, gear and toys and didn't have to worry about it when we were gone. The best part of renting this house was how helpful the owner was. She was helpful to us in planning our trip all the way up to sending us an item left behind! Her enthusiasm for Kiawah made us enjoy our trip even more. We would definitely recommend this home to others and would love to visit again soon.
