You will love spending your vacation at Lake of the Ozarks in this wonderful waterfront, lower level walkout home in Camdenton, MO. It has three bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 wood burning fireplaces, balcony, lots of covered decking, large covered, private dock with swim platform, and open floor plan on lower level with large updated kitchen open to dining room and family room. All windows facing the lake for a wonderful view! Flat screen TVs and Free Wifi for your enjoyment.
The upper level has three bedrooms and two baths. One bedroom has two twin beds, one bedroom has two sets of bunk beds and the master bedroom has vaulted ceilings, queen sized bed, wood burning fireplace, 47' flat screen TV and Blu-ray DVD player, walk-in closet, and large bathroom with double vanity sink. All three bedrooms have sliding patio doors out onto a balcony with patio furniture. You can see the lake and dock from each bedroom. There are two additional cots for extra guests.
There are a few steps down to the lower level that has a beautiful natural stone wood burning fireplace the length of one wall, 32' fllat screen TV and DVD/VCR, movie library, stereo system and CD's, book collection and game/puzzle collection, nice leather couch and love seat recliners, rocking chairs, large dining table that will seat 8 people, large kitchen with stainless appliances, counter with 4 bar stools, lots of cabinets and countertop space for entertaining, slate look ceramic tile flooring throughout the lower level, small portable bar, and a bathroom with shower. The lower level has patio doors onto a large covered deck with ceiling fans, large gas grill, and two patio tables that seat four each (8 people total). There is an extra stack of chairs for extra guests. There are a few steps down to the walkway to the large covered dock. There are two sets of patio furniture that will seat 8 and additional chairs and small tables for additional seating as well. There is a ceiling fan over the patio furniture as well and pull out canopy over the swim deck. There are fishing poles, life jackets, and lake toys, such as rafts and noodles for your enjoyment. If you bring a jet ski or boat you may tie up to the dock. There is also jet ski and boat rental nearby if you don't bring your own watercraft.
You are only about 20 minutes from the Osage outlet mall, golfing, water parks, miniature golf, go-carting, etc. This lakefront house is on the 1 MM of the Big Niangua in a cove location with quiet waters safe for young children to swim in. The water restaurants nearby are Captain Ron's, Larry's, Dirty Duck, and Fish and Co.
All seasons at the lake are beautiful. Enjoy them from inside the home, the deck, balcony, dock or take a walk, boat ride or car ride for your scenic pleasure. This home is in a timbered area with abundant wildlife. It is the best of both worlds....lake and timber!
This is a very roomy 2100 square foot home with a lot of space to spread out and set up for entertaining. Wifi is available for those that use it for fun and others who have to work while on vacation. It is charming, rustic and very comfortable, and is extremely nice and well kept. We would enjoy sharing our home on the lake with you and everything it has to offer.

My review is far past due for this beautiful home!! I brought a group of my staff for a 4-night leadership retreat. The house is beautifully maintained, completely spotless, and the owners have thought of literally everything. We didn't have a single want the entire time we were there. Eight of us were more than comfortable!! Extra everything is available...open a door or drawer and you will find it! The deck is beautiful with great views. We enjoyed grilling one night and ate outside at two high tables. Perfect. There's space for everyone to spread out and not be in each others' way. We spent time both indoors and out. The dock is perfect for laying out and swimming. We rented a boat nearby for a day and enjoyed a very quiet lake. The photos are extremely accurate and gave us a great idea of what to expect. It exceeded our expectations in every way! Also, communication with the owner was fantastic. They've truly not left any detail untouched!! I hope to bring the girls back sometime, and this will be my first call! Just perfect! Thank you thank you!Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

I don't want anyone needing things and having to go to the store just to be able to prepare something in the kitchen or having to bring extra stuff that takes up room when traveling. We chose this home on the lake for so many reasons and I think we were right on the spot. It is quiet, relaxing, close to water restaurants, close to town, calm water, plenty of space for everyone and a comfortable atmosphere. It is perfect in our eyes and believe it will be for any traveler. So glad all of your needs were met and fun was had by all!

Truly enjoyed this comfortable home; clean, well-maintained property.Great lake views and quiet cove; furnished with everything you could need. Full Kitchen with accessories..even coffee and filters!! Perfect dock for fishing. Would love to come back in the summer and use the slide and swim dock. Private yet not too far away from town.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, girls getaway.

We truly enjoyed staying at this property. Everything was just as it was described and pictured and the house was clean and had all the towels,kitchen appliances/wares, and linens we needed. The owner was very helpful in leaving us information about things to do in the area and in answering any questions we had. We would definitely recommend this property to friends and hope to return again ourselves.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

We rent a home every year for our annual vacation to the lake, and have stayed in a few homes, but this one, by far, was one of the nicest. The home was very clean and adequately stocked with anything we could have possibly needed. The home was also decorated beautifully and the neighbors were friendly, and offered help on anything we'd need. The owners were more than helpful during the planning process, and were thoughtful enough to include mapquest directions from our home to theirs in the information packet, something a lot of owners don't do in our past experience. I would reccommend this listing to a friend or a relative in the future, and hope we can stay again!!Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

This was our first vacation at the Lake of the Ozarks with my 5 kids. I just wanted to thanks Brenda the owner of the house. She was just wonderful to answer all the conceern from the time I booked the house to the day before I arrived. The house was in wonferful condition and clean when we arrived. Lots of spaces for the family of 7. The kids loved the dock and they swam everyday around there. The deck was a nice place to relax and there was a clean bbq gas grill. I bbq the ribye steaks for the family and it was good. I did some fishing on the dock early in the morning and caught some nice 2 lbs catfish. My overall experience was more than I expected. I will definitely return to this house for my vacation next time if we decided to go to the Lake of the Ozarks. Thanks Brenda for everything you did.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers.

We celebrated my mom's milestone birthday here. Our group ranged from 9 months old to 70 years old, and each of us had a fantastic time. The house was impeccably clean and had everything we needed and more. Everything about it far exceeded our expectations. The kitchen, dining area, and porch are perfect for socializing, and the water is nice and calm. Brenda was very helpful before and during our stay. We loved everything about the house, and would love to return again next year.Recommended for: People with disabilities, families with young children, age 55+, adventure seekers, sightseeing.

Upon arrival we did have some ac issues and they could care of the problem very quickley. We had ac by 10am th next day. We loved the house, the nice quite cove, everyting was wonderful. We will be visiting again soon. Thanks for letting us ren your beautiful home. Just returned from another wonderful week long stay. Hosted a family reunion at this amazing lakefront home last year and didn't have to think twice about where we were going to stay this year. The house is spacious, well appointed and very clean. Close to the water on a quiet cove. Home owners are gems to work with. You will not be disappointed! Not only was your home exactly as described but the packet of info you sent to us containing the personalized Mapquest directions to/from our home and a calendar of events/activities for the week we were in town along with the lovely welcome gift you had waiting for us upon our arrival truly exceeded our expectations! Your home is immaculate. You've thought of everything one might need during their stay. Your well appointed kitchen made meal preparation a cinch. Having a dining table large enought for the entire family to gather around just added to the memories we created during our stay. Stayed for a long weekend in August 2011. The place was great, the owners were very easy to work with and provided great instructions for everything we needed. Location on the water is very central to everything and the neighbors were nice too.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

About the owner: Since my husband's retirement we had been looking for a lake property and decided Lake of the Ozarks was the place for us! We have five children and eight grandchildren. We chose this particular property, because we felt it could accommodate our large and growing family easily. The bedrooms are on the upper level, which provides more quiet time for the little ones and the lower level offers an open floor plan, which accommodates everyone nicely when all are inside. The property has few steps inside and out, which make it easy and safe for all. With decks, balconies, and private covered dock it provides many places for everyone to spread out when you desire some alone time. With covered dock, covered deck, and trees you have shade and the balcony and swim platform provide you with sun. The cove location with calm water provides safe swimming for all ages. Our youngest swimmer is 1 1/2 years old and spends a lot of time in the water. The men in the family are fishermen and enjoy sitting on the dock early in the morning and in the evening fishing. This is the perfect place for us and our family. We aren't able to get down every weekend, so decided to rent so that other families could enjoy it as much as we do.
