We had a lovely visit. Your condo is comfortable, clean, nicely decorated and has all the amenities required to feel at home. It is conveniently located for the free bus route. We would definitely recommend your place to anyone who is interested in experiencing the slopes of Sun Valley.

The description is accurate. Great location, wonderful deck with killer views. Very comfortable! The condo is well laid out, perfect for two people. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Free bus into town and to ski mountain within a block.

We have now had the opportunity to stay at this property twice! Our first stay was during ski season in March 2010. It is so convenient to the ski slopes. The bus stops right outside the condo and drops you off at the lodge, adjacent to the lifts. The view from the porch is delightful. We were able to enjoy the porch more when we returned in October 2010. It was warm enough during the day to sit outside and take in the sunshine. The location and the bus service make nearby activities, attractions and restaurants very accessible. The condo has been updated in recent years. It is clean and well maintained. One of it's greatest attributes is the memory foam mattress on the bed. It is so comfortable! Everything is tastefully decorated with a cozy mountain charm. The owner is very nice and very helpful in answering questions or addressing concerns. You won't be dissapointed with this rental!

Sun Vallt getaway

My wife and I stayed at Lestia's condo for two weeks in July of this year. The location for us was perfect, a short walk down Wanderers Way, just acrsss the street brings you to a hike over a hill and drops you on the Sunnyside / Shadyside hikes (6 miles total), a perfect way to start the day. The views from the deck are breathtaking. If you visit in the summer ask Lestia about how to get a spectacular view of the Devils Bedstead. The condo was very clean and guest friendly. It was great having wireless computer access. All in all, a great experience!

Owner response:I'm glad you chose to leave the car at home and explored what is available right in the neighborhood! There is actually much more hiking available than the Sunnyside/Shadyside loop. Maybe next time you'll explore those trails as well?

My husband and I spent a recent ski weekend at Lestias condo. What a treat! The condo is perfect and roomy for a couple. We enjoyed the balcony with stunning views and decided to BBQ and eat in the whole time. The condo is clean, quiet, beautiful and has everything you need for even an extended stay. This isn't a cheesy rental,its like home. The location is convenient to all things Sun Valley! We even had open space and a creek close by. Lestia has thought of everything to make your stay a wonderful experience, even wood for the fireplace!:) If you are lucky to find this condo available RESERVE it. Lestia and Her furry friend Pecos made a ski weekend into a weekend we will always treasure. We will go back asap! Kate & Bruce

Just finished a wonderful Thanksgiving Holiday at this delightful condo. Lestia, the owner, greeted us and helped make our visit very special. The condo is comfortable, warm and relaxing, we will definitely be back for additional visits. Close to town, close to skiing and lots of open space for hiking. Great deck, great views, quiet and comfortable. A great getaway.

This condo is the REAL THING! And so are Lestia and Pecos! The other guest comments describe them very well, and are accurate in every detail. I lived in Ketchum for 20 years, now reside in Seattle, stayed here while attending my son's wedding this summer. My insider tip: STAY HERE :-)

What a great place to stay! Loved sitting on the balcony gazing at the wonderful views. Exploring Ketchum and Sun Valley was so convenient as the KART bus stopped right in front of the complex.

Owner response:I'm glad you chose to not rent a car. When you are located within easy walking distance of so much recreation as well as the free bus stop, there is really no need for that expense.

Splashed with sunshine, cozy and tastefully appointed, this condo is a rare find. Even in early March were were able to sit on the lovely balcony and enjoy the view. At night we snuggled on the comfortable sofas and enjoyed the woodburning fireplace. Whatever the season, this is the place to stay!

It was a pleasure to meet Lestia and her sidekick, Pecos. We were able to have a joyful Christmas with our daughters, who live and work in Ketchum. The condo was ideal for us. A bonus was the lovely winter view of the mountains.

Lestia's condo was the perfect place for our stay in the Sawtooth Mts. The condo is even better than the pictures and description. The balcony is very large with a great view. It is imaculate and quiet.

Lestia made our stay welcome and comfortable. What a wonderful spot. And the owner was such a gracious hostess...along with her dog Pecos (host!). Direct view of Baldy and up and down the Valley. Two of our nights were stormy. Fun to watch the lightning and hear the thunder from the covered deck. The condo was well-equipped including a cork screw and bottle opener. My husband and I and our dogs stayed 7 months in Lestia's condo and loved it. It is very comfortable with a great balcony and beautiful views. You can't beat the location which is steps from the bike path, free bus service and hiking trails. We are so glad we found it and would recommend it to anyone. Fantastic Place!!

Lance, Jesse (our dog), and I really enjoyed our first visit to Sun Valley. As promised, your location is Superb! We were able to hop on the free shuttle to the ski slopes right across the street and we found the surrounding neighborhoods perfect for walking our dog and viewing the herds of elk grazing nearby. Lestia made all of us feel welcome and well-cared for. The condo is comfortable, cozy, and so quiet. We will definitely look you up again for future visits to Sun Valley!

Lestia has a great condo in Sun Valley. The location is perfect for skiing. Centrally located right on the bus line, you can be on the slopes in minutes. At the same time it is perfectly quiet at night, looking up on the flanks of the ski area. Just across the street is a wonderful trail leading up into snowy hills and pristine views.
