This villa has just been renovated with wood floors, granite, new cabinets, new furniture and it is a 10! The den has a large flat screen TV!
Den has new queen size sleeper sofa with a large flat screen TV. Master bedroom is complete with new king bed, TV, and private bath with granite counter tops. The second bedroom has 2 new twin beds and a TV. There is a bath off hallway for the second bedroom which has been totally remodeled.
Kitchen is complete with dishwasher, stove, microwave, refrigerator, garbage disposal, Coffee Maker, Mixer, Blender, pans, cooking utensils, knives, silverware, plates, and glasses. The dining area will accommodate 4 people.
Beach Chairs, umbrellas, sand toys and a beach cart are provided for your use.
For rainy days our resort has an indoor pool with jogging track and exercise room. There is also a hot tub and baby pool and free wi-fi at the indoor pool. The outdoor pool in building one also has free wi-fi.
This centrally located resort is a 24 hour gated community convenient to golf, bike paths, shopping, movie theaters, restaurants and the beach. Amenities included with your stay at our resort are 2 outdoor pools; the one in building one has a deli which includes an internet café, and bike rental. Six outdoor tennis courts, sundeck, salt water marsh, and Coco’s beach side cabana. Our private beach is a 5-8 minute walk on the boardwalk over the salt water marsh or just wait for the complimentary beach shuttle. Coco’s beach side cabana will have everything you could want from food, drinks, tables, shade, restrooms, ice, and wonderful ocean and golf views! There is also a volleyball court at the beach!

This condo was beautiful! It was spotless when we walked in. The decor in the condo is done very well and definitely fit the beach theme. The water pressure in the showers was wonderful and all of the other appliances worked perfectly. The beds were very comfortable and each area of the house has a television. We were never bothered and were never able to hear the surrounding neighbors. We loved the fact that we got to walk across a short boardwalk surrounded by beautiful houses and wetlands on the way to the beach. The beach is full of white sand and never got to crowded! Excellent restaurants also surround this condo. There was always something to do, the environment was beautiful, and we would definitely go back!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, people with disabilities.

My husband ,son and I stayed in this condo the entire month of Jan, The condo has been totally renovated with beautiful wood flooring in the living room kitchen area. Kitchen has new maple cabinets,.new appliances, and granite counter tops. Beds are new and really comfortable. We were close to the indoor heated pool and hot tub. We were inpressed with the security at HHR. The condo is very close to all the resturants and shopping areas in HH,including beach access. We have stayed in other areas Mrytle,etc. We will definitely do this again and we will request this condo. It is beautiful!!! We are from Pittsburgh and enjoyed watching the Steeler playoff games at the many Steeler bars on the island.The photos do not accurately depict the look of this unit it was better then we expected. The property was very clean and well maintained.We were very surprised to find how close we were to Savannah,GA. It is only a half hour ride by car.We also enjoyed the sites and resturants in Savannah.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.
