Designer-decorated and fully furnished in Art Deco Style. Full Ocean views and located right on beautiful Sandy Beach! Marble floors throughout, Open, fully-equipped Kitchen with Granite Countertops, All-Wood Cabinets and Stainless Steel Appliances. Plasma TVs, Wireless Internet, Cable TV. Bedroom #1 has Queen-sized Bedroom and Bedroom #2 has Full/Queen Bed on bottom & Twin bed on top. Living room has beautiful white leather sectional sofa and modern bar for entertainment. Dining Room set seats six. Amenities include Valet Parking, Internet Cafe, Pool and Beach Attendant, Concierge, Gymnasium and Laundry Rooms on all floors. GREAT LOCATION: Within walking distance of famous Eden Roc and Fountainebleu Hotels and Resorts. Great restaurants and nightspots in the immediate area. The Shops of Lincoln Road and South Beach are also close by
HOUSE RULES - MAIN LOBBY : HOUSE RULES for the apartment building REQUIRE that all Guest be fully clothed while in the main lobby area. Females must wear bathing-suit coverups or shirts, and Men must wear shirts at all time. Shoes must also be worn at all times, while in the apartment building lobby.
Guests that are wet and/or entering from the pool and beach area MUST use the Pool/Beach Area elevators, rather than the main lobby elevators.
Guests must bring their luggage to the apartment through the service elevator and not through the building lobby, as the could damage the marble floors and is prohibited by the building management.
Guests will be provided with complimentary beach towels, (maximum 4 per day), for use at the pool or beach area. These towels must be returned to the Internet Cafe at the end of the day and must NOT be taken upstairs to the apartment. Guests will be charged a fee of $25 for each missing or damaged towel.
HOUSE RULES - NO SMOKING: HOUSE RULES for the apartment building and the apartment prohibit smoking or the use or possession of any illegal drugs or paraphernalia.
Excessive noise or loud music is strictly prohibited. Any conduct that will interfere with other Guest's ability to enjoy their quiet enjoyment of their apartments is strictly prohibited and will be cause for immediate removal of guest from the premises.

The building was conveniently located for all we wanted to do. The beach was nice and wasn't overrun with people. The condo unit was nicely done and had just about everything we needed. With just a phone call the car was always sitting out front waiting for us. We loved the health club. I would highly recommend staying here.Did you find this review helpful? This apartment is fantastic -- spacious, sparkling clean, beautifully decorated, gorgeous ocean view and very comfortable for our family of four. The apartment was just as described and stocked with everything you need for your stay. Pool area was nice and the beach is beautiful. There is also a beautiful quiet garden with a fountain and benches - great place to relax. The grounds are impeccably kept. The building staff were all professional, very friendly and accommodating. Lastly, the owners of this property were terrific to deal with - they're pleasant, responsive and attentive.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children.

Our overal experience in Miami and in particular the ocean view penthouse was fantastic. We definitely enjoyed our stay! The people in the building are very helpfull and kind. If we had any questions or demands, they would answer them with a smile. Furthermore, the apartment itself is nicely decorated en contains everything you could possibly need during your stay. The description of the apartment on this website is very accurate. The apartment was properly cleaned and very well maintained. Also, the apartment had very fast free WiFi access and there is a very good steakhouse (Shula's) within a 5 minute walk of the building. We would recommend this apartment without a doubt!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

We are a family of four and vacationed at this condo from july17-23, 2011. The condo is very beaultiful ,clean and safe. The view is absolutely stunning! The owners Maria and Benny were very easy to deal with. We had a wonderful vacation and my family and i would defintely love to go back.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Crystal House; the property is beautiful! From valet parking, to the lobby, to the penthouse, to the pool area, everything was modern, clean and had courteous staff to help you out. The penthouse has everything you will need for a complete vacation; a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, linens, towels and a great view! They even provide towels and umbrellas at the pool area that you could take with you at the beach, along with your own beach chairs. The beach near the condo was beautiful and not too crowded, just steps from the pool area and the condo is located minutes from South Beach activities by car. The staff was polite and helped us with everything we needed and the grounds are well groomed daily. We look forward to returning!!!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

Excelente el lugar y también los dueños, Maria y Benny son personas razonables con las que se puede dialogar. El apartamento está en perfectas condiciones. Con respecto a los servicios y al personal del edificio, todo funciona muy bien. La piscina templada y el servicio de playa completan el entorno para pasarlo de maravillas.Recommended for: Families with young children.

We were looking for a nice place on the beach, with a pool, gym and comfort. we found it here. The appartment is beautiful, the view of the ocean is breathtaking and the courteous staff in the building make you feel safe and well taken care of. The place is very clean and decorated with taste. The landlord is really professional and really nice too. For our next trip we are coming back here without a doubt.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

We came down during the holiday season and were surprised at the great price for the great location. My parents stayed in the Holiday Inn just a few blocks down and paid more per night than we did for this gorgeous place. There's a breathtaking view from the main living area and from the masterbedroom. As the previous reviewer mentioned, the second bedroom has no natural light and the fan setting on the A/C is intense white noise, but if you have little kids that's great: it's like a cave! And my kids (ages 2 and 4) loved the bunk bed. All the beds were especially comfy. Very soft blankets! And other than the second room, the rest of the apartment is bright and airy. And sparkling clean. It was great for kids -- lots of space to play without danger of breaking or staining anything -- and great for adults (there's a very cool bar!). The building is nice, in a great location, completely safe and just a walk down a short path to the beach. It was also surprisingly sparse. We were there from Dec. 23-Jan 1 and there were only a dozen people at the pool or right outside at the beach at any given time. We practically had the place to ourselves! The only negative for us was the cooking set up -- the knives were dull, there was only one big pot, no casserole dish, and there wasn't a serving spoon. But we managed and were happy that the appliances were all in top condition. We'd recommend it to anyone -- and hope to come back next year!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.
