Our condo is on the 'choice' floor of the Marlin Condominiums located at the Aquarina Golf and Country Club in Melbourne Beach, Florida. It is located on the top floor, (4th) on the west end of our ocean side building.. It has a wrap-around balcony affording you beautiful views of the sunrises and sunsets while sitting on the patio furniture located on the balcony. We are located above the 11th tee and there are also clay tenns courts, gym, boat storage, a boat ramp and fishing docks available where manatees are abundant. The private 1-mile beach is literally 200 feet away. With the patio doors open you can enjoy hearing the waves breaking on the beautiful white sand. We have a second unit and also a 3 bed pool home available nearby for family reunions or large parties.
The condo has recently been renovated with new 18-inch ceramic floor tiles throughout, new paint, and furniture. The dining and living room furniture are nautical themed with a queen sofa bed for extra guests. A VCR, DVD and stereo TV is located is in the living room and. the master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, large dresser, TV, lounge chair and a master walk-in closet and bath. The second bedroom has a large armoire with a queen bed, queen aerobed can sleep additional guests. All of the condo is nicely decorated with a seaside beach house theme and all bedding and bath linens are in beautiful blues and greens colors.
The kitchen is fully equipped, has almost new appliances, and has plenty of counter space and storage. This unit also comes with covered parking and a storage room with plenty of room for bikes, golf clubs, beach chairs, etc. An elevator is also on site.
An 18 hole executive golf course is also on site, and you will see wonderful wildlife while enjoying your round. There are 6 clay tennis courts and a new racquet club and gym has recently opened. A new pool is coming soon. There is boat storage, a boat ramp into the river, a 300' fishing pier, on the grounds.
We are located approx. 1 1/2 hrs. from Disney World, 1hour from Cape Canaveral Space Center and Sabastian State Park is only 3 miles away. From April - October the nesting sea turtles are abundant on our beach across the street which is an amazing memorable experience.
