  We are packing to leave this wonderful condo and wanted to drop a quick line. This condo is everything Marie said it would be and more. Beautiful views from the balcony and very well stocked. The condo was also immaculate!!! Kudos to the housekeeping staff. There is nothing you will need except your swim suit and a week to relax!!! There are great restaurants within walking distance. Our favorites were The Friendly Fisherman and Latitudes. And only 10 minutes into St. Pete is Leverock's. Best seafood...period!!! We highly recommend this condo to anyone vacationing in the area.   My husband and I had never rented a condo site unseen before. We were nervous but Marie made the whole process extremely easy. We received our keys well in advance of our stay and when we arrived at the condo, it was exactly as in the photos. It was beautiful, comfortable and had everything that we needed. Best of all, it was very clean and well cared for. We love the Madeira Beach area. The sand is powder soft, it's never very crowded and the water was very warm. Having the balcony to enjoy our morning coffee and watch the spectacular sunsets was such a treat. Another unexpected bonus was the long distance plan so we could call our children and the Winn Dixie grocery cards. Thank you very much for that!! Yes, we did do some cooking but we also went to our favorite restaurant. The Salt Rock Grill. It's a short drive North on Gulf Blvd and they have an awesome Early Bird Special. We went 3 times during our stay. The food is delicious and oh so reasonable. We arrived at around 5:30, enjoyed a delicious meal and a couple of glasses of an amazing house wine each and spent only $41.00 for the 2 of us. That included the cutest little dessert too!! I have put this condo as one of my "favorites" and we hope to return again in the coming years. Thank you Marie, for allowing us to have a truly memorable vacation in such a beautiful part of Florida. I would highly recommend your condo to friends and relatives.

  We just returned from our two week vacation in Maderia Beach at the Chambre'. This unit is in the perfect location near John's Pass and other stores you'll need for your everyday shopping. It is equipped with everything you'll need for your vacation. The Chambre' is very secure, extremely clean and very well kept. The beach and pool area were never crowded. The owner is fantastic to work with and is right on top of communications and answering questions. We've vacationed in Maderia Beach for a number of years staying at a different condo each time. We booked our vacation for next year before even leaving this year and will be going right back to Chambre' #503.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+.

  Our family of four (2 adults, 2 younger children) stayed at John and Marie's unit in the Chambre while in Madeira Beach over March Break. This was our fifth year in Madeira, and our first at The Chambre. The unit is well kept, nicely decorated, the pictures on their website are current and accurate but it is even nicer when you see it in person. We managed to see similar sunsets to those shown on their website and dolphins playing out front was a regular occurance. This truly is a home away from home, they supply everything required for perparing a gourmet meal, entertaining guests, or a day at the beach, etc. We never found ourselves saying "I wish we had...", it was always there for us. The pool and jacuzzi at the Chambre are great and "heated pool" refers to the upper 80's for those who like specifics, we spent a few hours each day in the pool despite the cool weather (mid 60's) and the jacuzzi was a nice way to relax at the end of the day. Overall the atmosphere is friendly and acommodating, the buidling is well kept, and given its location on a side street away from Gulf Blvd, it provides a nice quiet place to stay while still being close to the action of John's Pass (5 minute walk). John and Marie made the rental experience enjoyable and they were always there to answer any questions we had. Thank you for your professionalism and providing such a lovely place to stay!

  We stayed at this condo for a month and would have enjoyed staying longer. Everything was as described and very clean. Dealing with Marie was a real pleasure and we felt that her main concern was ensuring that everything was just right. The complex is relatively small (5 stories of 5 units each) and therefore the facilities (good-sized smimming pool, jacuzzi, natural gaz bbq) are never overly crowded. Everything is in tip top shape.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway, age 55+.

  We just came back from a week's vacation at this condo. Everything was as advertised on Homeaway.com (the pictures: what you see is what you get; no surprises) and we were amazed with all that was made available to make our stay enjoyable, from the beach chairs to the kitchen utensils, etc. And the place was clean and well maintained. The view was amazing and we most enjoyed having breakfast and lunch on the balcony overlooking the ocean or just sitting there at night and listening to the waves. We saw dolphins every day from the balcony. The beach is not crowded and the water is warm . It's a great place to go with your kids. Note that there are no lifeguards at the beach, but the waves are very mild. The pool is also nice but we didn't use it much with the beach being so close by. We had a wonderful time and are sure to go back next year or the year after. A truly relaxing vacation.

  WOW! This condo was beautiful and CLEAN! The owners were wonderful to work with. The condo contained everything I needed. The boys went out one night to look for sandcrabs....flashlights were in the closet! The kitchen was clean and had everything and more you would need. The bathroom was large, large closet space, bedroom had plenty of room. The full size washer and dryer - huge plus. Beach umbrellas, noodles, several beach chairs. It just had it all. I felt like I was in a 5 star hotel. My 16 year old son hugged me for choosing such a great condo!!!!!

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

  the condo is so beautiful and the view is just breathtaking. we stayed here for our 6th wedding anniversary and will continue to stay here when we are in the area. this is the first vacation that i didn't want to leave. it was nice sitting on the balcony watching the dolphins play and people parasailing. also i recommend visiting john's pass it is a wonderful place to shop. i highly recommend staying here.
