This unit, located on the 13th floor, is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Both bedrooms and bathrooms are VIP quality: while both bedrooms offer a king bed, the guest room has two east-facing windows which keeps the room light and airy. Both bathrooms offer a jetted tub and separate shower but master shower has double shower heads w/side sprayers.
The common living areas of this unit are what sold us. It is a large unit with almost 1,700 square feet. We have stayed at other condos but this is the first two bedroom we've seen that has the open floor space to not feel like you're tripping over anyone else.
Another unique feature of this unit is the side arch on the balcony. While our balcony directly overlooks over the Gulf, the side arch (available on corner units only) provides a view of both down the beach and the back bay. My favorite picture is a night shot looking through the arch seeing the red lights of the other condos lined up down the beach. It also provides breezes when the wind blows from the north
While not an actual amenity, on-site check-in means that there is no driving around town to get a key...or drop one off. One less thing to worry about.

Highly recommend this complex and this individual unit! The unit itself was well maintained and beautifully decorated. Comfortable beds and furniture and plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was well equipped with various pots, dishes and storage containers and came with enough dish and dishwasher soap so that you did not have to bring/buy your own. The bath towels were high quality and fluffy and the complex even provides beach towels - nice details! Wasn't sure if we would like being so high up but the views were amazing! The 3 pools were sparkling clean and the beach was gorgeous. We rented a set of chairs and umbrella for the week for $110 and it was well worth it. We went parasailing one day (loved it) and went to Waterville another day (which my 10 year old son said was awesome). The owner was great about communication on the front end, but we never did get the wifi code even though I emailed him asking for it - only downside. All in all a wonderful vacation in a beautiful setting.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

Our stay at Escapes was Fantastic! I had arranged a Family Reunion on Orange Beach and the majority of the family stayed in different units. The facility is still very "New" and well kept. Our condo was amazing. Very roomy and an excellent view of the Gulf and Sunrise in the morning. This was my 5th year and I have already reserved next. I highly recommend this facility for Adults, Adults with Teenagers, and young kids. I highly recommend the Condo on East side of Building. I dealt directly with the Condo Owner who made sure my needs were surpassed! Marble Countertops, Tiled Floors. Way more than you would expect. See you in the Spring!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, people with disabilities.

What a wonderful Condo! This corner units veiw looking down the beach was outstanding, it is very spacious and super clean! The best of all was the experience I had dealing with the owner of VRBO 316143, I recommend this condo to everyone I talk to about a upcoming vacation. and my family and I will be back again! We had a great time for the few days that we were there. Maintenance staff replaced lightbulbs within minutes after our request. The view was great and the condo itself was wonderful...we felt like we were staying "some place fancy!" My family of five thoroughly enjoyed our four-night stay at the condo August 2011. The condo was top notch will all the amenities. The Escapes property was beautiful. We really enjoyed the beach and the different pools. Our 10 and 12 year olds liked the large pools while our 2 year old loved the smaller, splash and infinity pool. It was perfect for us. We just got back from a wonderful break in Alabama. We couldn't have been more pleased with the accomodations of both the condo and the facilities. The kids and us had a great time. The condo was spacious and luxurious. The workout room, steam room, hot tub, pools, and of course the awesome beach were enjoyed by all. We will definitely be back and highly recommend Escape to the Shores and this condo unit. We just returned from a wonderful girl's weekend at Escapes. My sisters and I stayed there from 4/14/11 - 4/17/11 and could not have been more pleased. The unit is HUGE and is absolutely beautiful. There was more than enough space for the 6 of us there. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone considering a trip to Orange Beach. Also, working with Chris was a delight. He was very prompt in getting back to me when I had questions and was always very friendly.
