  Terrific location, close to Eiffel Tower, bus, metro, RER stops. The unit is quite small, but fully equipped and very clean. The only negative is that it's very dark. Although located on the courtyard, ground floor, that's really only for garbage, and the "door" is effectively a small window. Suggest you ask Aarti to e-mail the full rental information ("information pack") before signing your agreement. She is very helpful and accessible. Wi-Fi works great, landline to US handy. Washer/dryer very small, not what you'd expecct in the U.S. Aarti provided recommended restaurants, but did not include Chamade, just down the street at 42 Ave. de Suffren, which we found to be extremely good (2 meals,) friendly service, and full of locals.

  We stayed in Aarti's studio for one week in April 2013. It absolutely exceeded our expectations. The studio was beautifully decorated as they are in the photos, extremely clean and the bed was very comfortable. We felt extremely safe as well. The washer/dryer came in handy as we could wash our things mid-week. The Wifi worked perfectly for us as well. The location was outstanding. We enjoyed picnics in front of the Eiffel Tower during sunset many times. Aarti recommended local restaurants that turned out to be very charming. There are a few grocery stores locally as well that came in handy for water and snacks. It is very close to the Metro which we used our entire trip. We utilized the chauffeur service. Claude picked us up from the airport and took us back at the end of our trip. He was wonderful giving us tips and information. And he was perfectly prompt on his timing. I highly recommend using the chauffeur service. It made travel very relaxing. I highly recommend this studio. It was perfect for the two of us for a romantic experience in Paris. Thumbs up across the board on every aspect. Thank you Aarti for making our stay so perfect!!! We will be back!!!:)

  As if Paris wasn't enough, having a place to stay that is comfortable, convenient and safe really makes it over the top great. We came to Paris for our 35th anniversary and the studio that we rented for 16 days was a real home in Paris for us. Everything in the VRBO ad was spot on and the owners were a delight to work with and very responsive to all of our inquiries. There are several grocery stores and restaurants in walking distance and the owner even emailed us suggestions. We used the car service the owner suggested and it worked perfectly. The space is limited as it is a studio but we found a place for everything we needed. We cooked often and had all the cookware we needed. The bed was wonderfully comfy and clean. We stayed from mid June into July, which is somewhat rainy, but very romantic. We took short walks in the evenings to the Eiffel tower park where you can drink wine and lounge on the lawn. We have recommended the studio to family and friends and would stay there again. Thanks VRBO.

  My husband and I stayed in Aarti's studio for month of April 2012. The space is nicely decorated, clean and cozy. The kitchenette and in-suite laundry were so convenient, especially for a longer stay. We enjoyed the neighbourhood's bistros, boulangeries and food markets, all close-by. We enjoyed antique browsing in the nearby Suisse Village, Rue Cler and the wonderful Grenelle market. The nearby metro has 3 lines which makes getting around the city fast and easy. There are many more good things to say but the best thing about our stay was Aarti and her husband's desire to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Thanks so much Aarti!

  My wife and I recently rented this studio and were very pleased. Aarti and her husband were extremely nice and helpful. She quickly responded to our emails and was readily available whenever we needed her assistance. This cozy studio is perfect for newlyweds and couples looking to connect/re-connect. The apartment is located just steps from the Parc du Champ de Mars and the Eiffel Tower in a quiet neighborhood close to bus and metro stops as well as cafes, bakeries and markets. It was very clean and nicely decorated with all the modern amenities (microwave, wi-fi, cable, washer/dryer combo). It is located on the bottom floor with an opening to the courtyard. The website photos accurately reflected its appearance and amenities. We set up shuttle service with Robert, who was there to greet us as we gathered our luggage to leave CDG. He was extremely helpful and courteous. I highly recommend his services. Overall our stay was amazing thanks in large part to Aarti. Thank you! We will most definitely recommend your properties.

  We are a 55 year old couple taking a Gap Year in Europe and we started with a perfect month in Paris at this lovely apartment. Aarti and her husband were wonderful hosts and helped us settle in with recommendations on their favorites in the neighborhood. Having the Eiffel Tower and the Champ de Mars in our backyard was perfect, especially because we are runners and were able to easily run out the door, through the park and along the Seine several times a week. Carmine's, a lovely local restaurant with delicious French bistro fare and excellent pizzas became a once-a-week must. The apartment is small, but it was perfect for the two of us and is equipped with everything we needed. Aarti did a wonderful job of designing and decorating it -- very chic but cozy at the same time. The apt is very convenient to the metro (La Motte-Piquet) and many bus lines and the non-touristy neighborhood is filled with lots of cafes, restaurants and bistros. We felt like true Parisians in no time. We highly recommend this studio!

  This was a great place to stay. The location is central, in a safe neighborhood. It was wonderful to be so close to the Eiffel Tour. It is a cozy studio, with all the necessary amenities. Arti is great to work with and Robert was wonderful. I can't say how helpful it was to have him pick us up at the airport and drive us to our apartment. When I flew home, he was there to chauffeur me. I was traveling alone this time and was a bit apprehensive. Without my asking he parked the car and walked me into the airport and made sure everything was set for me, then he left. I can't say how much I appreciated his gracious sensitivity. I'm now spoiled. Whenever I travel in the future, I'd like Robert to pick me up! I would definitely recommend this property to friends.

  We rented this charming studio for my Mother in Law during our recent visit to Paris. Really good location, with a cute cafe a couple doors away. Aarti was fantastic to work with to make the booking - super responsive and accommodating. She has a way of establishing trust quickly. We were managing a lot of details for this trip. We had no worries about our expectations being met or really about anything else. We also really appreciated the assistance of Robert, to collect us from the airport and get us settled in. He was so helpful and made the transition into the apartment a breeze. It was also nice to have a contact in Paris we knew we could call should anything happen. He was also a great resource for things like where to buy metro passes. We had rented another apartment for our family from someone else. Aarti arranged for Robert to pick ups up from the airport too and take us to that place. We were traveling is a 1 year old. He arranged for us to use his grand daughter's car seat for the ride. Really nice touch. I will contact Aarti first for all future visits to Paris. What a great find!

  I attended a Baking and Patisserie program at Le Cordon Bleu for 3 months and rented Aarti's Eiffel studio. Despite it's size, I lived very comfortably during my 3 month stay. The bed is comfortable, the decor is classy and the studio included all the necessities I needed for a 3 month stay. The bathroom is large for Paris standards and the hot water never ran out! The location is perfect- close to metro lines 6, 8, and 10 and walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, lots of good restaurants, and nice shops. If you enjoy jogging or just pleasant walks, the Champs de Mars park is directly behind the studio! I recommend this studio to anyone visiting Paris and looking for a charming, safe, comfortable, and affordable place to stay.

  In November 2009 my boyfriend and I rented a studio for a month and it was awesome. Aarti is great, very nice and helpful. Paris studio is cute, really chic and cushy. I agree with the rest of a tenants that it is a great place to stay and Aarti is a person that will make your staying even more pleasant. So, thumbs up!
