Our waterfront two bedroom, two bath condo at the Villas of St. Thomas Square features boat docks on scenic Grand Lagoon and is just a short walk from the sugar white sand of Panama City Beach. The two-story unit is in the most desirable building in the complex. It is one of very few units with with sweeping views of the lagoon, pond, boat docks and beautifully landscaped pool area from the balcony. The condo has just been updated with new stainless appliances, flooring, furniture and more.
Keep your boat or jet-ski at our dock during your stay. There is a fish cleaning table, wash down station and power receptacles on the dock. A trailer parking area with wash down is on site. The open waters of the Gulf are just a short boat ride away. Fish, cruise or explore Shell Island. Our complex is the only one in the area that offers boat docks on the Lagoon and is still just steps from the beach. Restaurants, clubs, shopping and activities are also within walking distance.
The pool, sauna, tennis courts, dock, and grill area are right outside your door. A Mexican restaurant and a Winery are located within the complex. Mellow Mushroom and Hammerhead Fred's Seafood and are just across the street. Wendy’s, Subway and a convenience store are almost next door. Emerald Falls Amusement Park has golf, go-karts, and more it is next door with no streets to cross. The condo balcony has a great view of the pool, lagoon and docks so you can watch the boats on the lagoon or keep an eye on the kids as they swim or fish.
A comfortable queen bed is in the master bedroom. A pair of twin beds are upstairs in the loft bedroom. There is a bunk room upstairs that kids love and a full size sleep sofa in the living room. A 37 inch HDTV with DVD is in the living room and there is a TV in each bedroom. Free wi- fi internet access is available both in our unit and in the pool area. There are two full bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped and has just been remodeled with new cabinets, counters and stainless appliances. A washer and dryer are in the unit. Linens and towels are provided, and for your convenience we provide the initial set up of soap and paper products. You can park directly in front of the unit. My conversations with Jim ( the owner ) had given me a very positive image of what to expect from our week stay in PCB. Jim had tirelessly answered all my questions and shared his wealth of knowledge. From the pictures on his website, I had high expectations for the condos and the facilities, especially the boat dock. All those expectations were met and most exceded. Since fishing was a major reason for the trip, ( at least for the men ) the convenience of the boat dock, trailer storage, and accurate fishing information furnished by Jim and Mike ( next door neighbor ) made for a very nice trip. OH YEAH, the ladies enjoyed beach strolls on Shell Island as well as the beach, right across the street. They attended two different wine tastings and enjoyed themselves. Since we had our own boat, we had our own "dolphin tour". Good time had by all. We will return.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with teenagers.

Condo was well maintained and exactly as described and seen in the pictures. This was my first VRBO experience and the kind folks at Lagoon Landings made the process smooth and made the details and process very easy. Condo is in a great location and very accessible to the beach and a public access.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

One of the best deals on the market. Everything in this unit is brand new and first class. Will stay there on e very visit to Panama City. Close to the clubs, no need to drive just sccross the street. Great place to take your boat or jet ski's. This unit is the best unit in the complexRecommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We enjoyed our stay very much - the condo was perfect for us because we brought our boat and was able to keep it docked at the condo. The unit was very clean, well furnished and, most important, the bed was very comfortable! It was very easy working with Jim and Mary to make the reservation and we will definitely stay again on future fishing trips. Thanks for everything! My family stayed here in the summer of 2010. It was a wonderful, cozy place to stay. We had brought our boat with us for fishing and going out to the golf. It has easy access to the boat dock which was great for carrying our things and great for fishing. We could see the boat from the condo which was nice. We could sit on the porch and watch the kids play in the pool. It was walking distance to shops and the beach. We were close to Pier Park which was great for shopping. When we vacation in Panama City Beach we will stay here. I would highly reccommend this condo to anyone.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

St. Thomas Square is the only property that we have found that has a boat dock on the lagoon with access to the Gulf and is also just across the street from the beach. Since we love boating and fishing it was the perfect choice for us.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We like the convenience of having our boat docked right at our door. Panama City Beach has some of the best boating and fishing anywhere. A trip to Shell Island is especially fun. Walking to restaurants and activities. We enjoy not having to drive everywhere.
