This unit is located on a quiet street in an elegant neighborhood near more than a dozen of the best restaurants in Medellin and a short stroll to Park Lleras. You can sleep to the gentle sound of the creek. Sleeps 6 adults & 2 children. The unit does not have an elevator. This unit is excellent for those who prefer privacy and the quiet of a four unit building over the large towers that are more typical of Medellin. Level 1 is where you enter the unit and is an excellent area to entertain. The area is equipped with a beautiful bathroom & shower, full size pool table, flat screen TV with cable service BBC/CNN, DVD player, Ipod dock, surround sound with comfortable seating for 6 that will amplify your IPod recordings throughout the level. Level 2 has a fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful formal dining room that overlooks the Boutique Hotel Rose. There is also a service porch with a washer and clothes lines and a separate room with bunk beds for 2 kids with an attached bathroom and shower. Level 3 has two nice size master bedrooms each with a private bath one with a Jacuzzi tub and one with internet connections and a printer. The third bedroom is in the loft above the third level. At the base of the stairs is a bathroom & shower. All 3 bedrooms have queen size beds, 500 thread count sheets, fans, good pillows & televisions.
