  We had two couples and 4 kids stay very comfortably in this condo. The bedrooms were positioned nicely to allow both groups to have their own space. The kitchen, dining and living rooms are very spacious and complementary for large groups in a condo. We also love the proximity to downtown and the beach. The ease with which you can walk to both is outstanding. The icing on the cake is a direct view of the water. We have stayed in many places in the area and both couples agree this is our favorite location of all.

  What a great stay we had at this condo in Boyne! You can't beat the location! Walk 100 yards for your morning coffee at Johann's, or skip over to Cafe Sante for a great dinner. Watch the sunset from your front porch. Great accommodations for a family.

  We have vacationed in the Boyne City area for several years. This condo was nice, the water levels in the designated swim area were very low...not able to swim comfortably at all...ended up further down the beach area to the public swim area. Did, however, sojourn most every evening to the Alpine Chocolate Haus which is steps away for warm homeade caramel corn and Moomers ice cream...yum. Cafe Sante had very good food also. Thank you again for sharing your home.

  I have spent part of every summer in Boyne City since I was born. Once my father died, I started renting places. This is by far the best place my family has stayed to date. I have stayed at this condo twice and both times we loved it. The location is ideal, beach and town all in one location. The sunsets are magnificent. The condo is roomy, lovely, clean and has a washer and dryer plus full size kitchen. The beds were comfortable. the only thing I would change would be to make the outside patio rain proof as we had 3 days of rain and would have liked to have sit outside a bit but water dripped down from the upstairs deck. I highly recommend this condo.

  My family visits Boyne City every year, but this was the first time we stayed at this property. We were all very pleased with the size and appearance of the condo, very bright and homey. Beautiful view of the lake and a private dock for fishing or boating. It was nice to be right on the lake, but be only steps from shops and restaurants, privacy and convienance at teh same time. We would definitely stay again.

  My family and I had a wonderful time in this nicely appointed unit. Being right downtown was very convenient and fun for our kids. Owners are very responsive and helpful.

  We have rented this unit for several years. The location is absolutely as described. A minute or two is all it takes to be anywhere downtown. The view of the lake is great - the sunsets fantastic. Lots of room - easily sleeps 6-8 as listed. Full size (!) kitchen is great for entertaining. Lots of great places to eat nearby along with marinas a block away on both sides. (Harborage has larger slips, fuel pumps and much better wind protection - albeit at a slightly higher price than the city marina.) Don't forget to try the small Lake Street Market (about 1 &1/2 blocks away) for fresh smoked whitefish pate' and suberb fresh pizza to bake back at the condo.

  This is was one of the best family trips we've been on! We stayed in Boyne last year and could NOT have been happier with this rental. Completely family friendly for our little ones AND easy walking distance to the main street with shops and great food. The beach, right out our back door! And, playgrounds just a stroller ride away! The accommodations were very clean and modern and really very roomy. My kids especially loved the little secret kid club! (There's a small door in the main closet that opens to a kid oasis!) I highly highly recommend this condo!
