This privately owned Condo is at Coral Gardens Resort, a small, boutique 30-unit condo resort located directly on Grace Bay beach. The best snorkeling reef in Provo is less than 10 yards off the beach. This contemporary, 960-square-foot condominium features all the amenities to make your island holiday memorable in a casual relaxed atmosphere. The unit is professionally decorated with high end furnishings throughout. The entire 15’ main living area wall is comprised of floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors which open, overlooking the one of two pools and offers a panoramic view of the white powder sand beach and tranquil clear water at your doorstep. Sit out on the dining balcony for a truly spectacular view of Grace Bay and breathtaking sunsets!
The beautiful, professionally decorated unit has Master Bedroom with a King Size bed, ensuite bath with granite counter tops and a large walk-in shower. The entertainment center in the living room includes a 46” Flat Screen HD TV, Blu-Ray and VHS players, iPhone/iPod docking station, along with a 32' Flat screen HD television in bedroom, also with Blu-Ray and VHS players. The main living area has a half-bath powder room off the entry, queen sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen which features all new GE Profile Series SS appliances with ice maker, dishwasher, stove with glass cook top, microwave and a breakfast bar, with granite counter tops throughout.
Water activities are numerous, including a full dive and tour shop on the property offering discounted rates to guests. Sunset boat cruises, glass bottom or boat excursions to caves, exploring the snorkeling wonders are within steps from your door during both day and night, along with Island getaways where you can be dropped off on a deserted beach or experience the glow worm tours, parasailing -- even seasonal whale watching. The potential exists for an unexpected encounter with JoJo -- the world famous and people friendly dolphin of the Turks and Caicos Islands. You may also want to consider a day of reef or bone fishing or deep sea fishing for marlin, tuna, or Wahoo with one of the local charter boats. If you're not a certified diver but would like to learn, lessons are available in the deeper of the two pools, or try Snuba, which can be accommodated directly off the beach through Jodi, the Snuba Director.
Providenciales offers many restaurants ranging from casual to fine elegant dining with something to suit anyone’s tastes from local to Italian, French, International, Chinese, all listed in the 'Dining Guide' or ask us for recommendations. You’ll find it even more convenient to just to drop by the, 'Somewhere Beach Cafe & Bar' located on the property. It has received great reviews...serving daily breakfast, lunch, and casual dinners or just have a delightful Rum Punch or glass of wine on the upper deck overlooking Grace Bay and watch the sun set.....currently Live Music is on Thursdays and Sundays.
