  This property is accurately described and really exceeded our expectations. A car is not really needed since there is a great grocery (Ralph's), and many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The bus lines are easy to use and will take you to many places of interest (Balboa Park, La Jolla, Old Town). We did rent a car for a few days which was very easy. Enterprise picked us up. This allowed touring along the coast north of San Diego - very beautiful! We highly recommend the Green Flash and World Famous restaurants for oceanside dining/sunset dinners/great people watching, and The Mission Cafe is a must for breakfast. We strongly recommend David's condo as a good value for families, groups of friends or solo vacationers.

  The pictures do not do this place justice! This property was very spacious with plenty of beds. There are two balconies - one on each floor - that overlook the bay area and our family pretty much sat out there for most of the day. The kitchen is spacious, upgraded and has a lot of cookware, which made us actually want to cook (something we had not been planning on). The bathrooms are also upgraded as well - so lovely! There are lots of restaurants, shops, grocery stores, etc. within walking distance, which is a big plus since it's impossible to find any parking in beach cities. The condo is also really close to a big rental facility where they have sailboats, kayaks, paddleboards, and much more. They even have jetpacking, which we really wanted to try but didn't have the time. And on top of all this perfection, the owner was so responsive and easy to work with so it made the whole process really convenient. Our family will definitely rent this property again next time we plan to stay in San Diego!

  We've been home about a month and my girls 10 & 12 keep saying they wish they were back in San Diego. The location of the condo is perfectly situated - the quiet of the bay side but easy access to the beach. We made frequent use of the trails going all the way around Mission Bay (it's about 12 miles if you want to know) and the close by restaurants. The only downside is that there is no wireless which I didn't think would be an issue for us but ended up making me rethink how we do things. Also, my 10 year old broke her leg while we were there making the lack of an elevator to the 2nd floor condo (and the bedroom on the floor above that) a little problematic. But hopefully you won't break a leg! I'd happily go back!! David has been awesome to work with.

  Just returned from Thanksgiving weekend at this unit. David, the owner, could not have easier to work with. The unit was very clean and very well stocked. The location was ideal and we had a wonderful time. We have rented both bayside and oceanfront numerous times over the years and I think it would be tough to beat this unit, especially when taking into consideration the pricing. Great job David. We will be back.

  I can't say enough wonderful things about our stay at the condo. We arrived around 1am Friday morning, The condo was very clean and very spacious. As soon as the kids looked out the patio doors and saw the beach, they were in Heaven. There were plenty of towels, extra bedding and kitchen items for when we grilled out. The location was perfect. We rented bikes and boogie boards from this great little shop down the street and never used our car the entire weekend. Everything is walking distance. We had planned on going to LegoLand but never made it, we didn't want to leave the beach. One night we called a company the owner referred us to and had a fire set up right on the beach with s'mores and all. When the fire was out we simply called the company up and they returned to take it all away. I would highly recommend staying here, it has everything you could want or need. The owner is very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. You won't be disappointed, it was such a fun weekend!

  We will return! My daughter and I stayed here for a week. The condo location was perfect and right on the bay. The interior of the condo was clean, well stocked, with plenty of room. Mission Beach is about 2 blocks away along with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops. One doesn't necessarily need a car when staying here as the bus can take you to most of the popular attractions. People were very friendly and we felt very safe during our entire trip. The condo owner was especially wonderful to work with. He was helpful, flexible, and returned phone calls promptly. It made the entire process very pleasant!

  This place was amazing. Very clean and spacious – so much room. The location is incredible with a great view and within walking distance of the beaches. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need. There was a day when we decided to stay in due to "June Gloom" and there was a DVD/VCR player for us to use - Perfect. There are a few great coffee shops down the way that have free WIFI if needed. The owner is very responsive and provides good detailed information about the surrounding area as well as the condo itself. Will definitely stay here again!

  We stayed at this condo for the memorial weekend and we loved it. The condo is actualy bigger than what the pictures show. The view of the mission bay is beautiful and the location is fantastic. The owner was very nice and responsive. We would definitely come back soon.

  Excellent condo! Way more than enough room for all 6 adults. Owner has decorated the entire condo with exquisite taste. A fully stocked kitchen! Super comfortable over sized couch in living room, all beds/futons are very comfy!. Did I mention the remodeled bathroom? Short walk to everything, easy entry/exit corner unit. Friendly owner who actually answers your calls! Can't ask for more! Will definitely come back for another stay.
