Guests can enjoy our recently added heated pool, hot tub, and deck with a view of the sound. Guests will also the community amenities including one indoor heated pool, two outdoor pools, one at oceanfront, with whirlpool and dune-top sun-deck. The children's playground, a kiddie pool, that is adjacent to pool beside the club house. The club house has an extensive exercise facility, racquetball courts, game room, and outdoor tennis. The bike and walking paths will lead you into the center of Duck Village with great restaurants, charming shopping areas, art galleries, gourmet markets, bookstores, coffee shops, and a beautiful new park. So that we can enjoy our home year round we have added a heated pool, hot tub, and a view of the sound on the back of the house. Even more family fun!
Owner's Map of Duck
We fell in love with the Duck area while on a family vacation. We wanted to be part of this charming town. We walk or ride bikes to the center of Duck to great restaurants and shopping. Jet skiing, banana boats, golf, fishing, all close by. The beaches are clean and beautiful, with life guards. Duck has a great community feeling, everyone is so nice. Great southern hospitality!

We stayed here in September 2011, as a family of 5, and found everything to be superb. We all had a fantastic time and would happily return to this home. The location is excellent. Photos of this home cannot do it justice it was extremely comfortable and more than met our expectations. The property was very clean and well equipped. Management company have pre-set restrictions that have to be overcome - but these were resolved with a couple of phone calls and e-mails. We would all highly recommend this home.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers.
