We had a great time in this condo. The condo was very clean and had every convenience. The views were amazing and the sunsets were perfect endings to our days. The location was quiet but also close to many nice restaurants, we recommend the Iguana Grill in the Holiday Inn in Clearwater (on the water). Maria was wonderful to work with she answered all my many questions. Im sure we will be back again. Absolutely loved our vacation, Thank you MariaDid you find this review helpful? Once again my wife and I enjoyed this condo for a week of fun and sun. Maria is awesome to deal with, everything was as she advertises. The location is perfect for us since we like to play between Pass-A-Grille all the way to Pier 60 in Clearwater Beach. The area this condo is in is usually quiet and family oriented, within a short walk, drive, bike ride, or trolley ride to shops and restaurants. There is a trolley stop just across from the parking area, bikes , moped, and boat rentals across the street. We look forward to the next opportunity to use this clean condo, Maria is always the first on my list when it's time to book a vacation. The weather was perfect all week, no rain during the day, just perfect beach weather. We recommend this property to everyone.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

AWESOME! describes this condo, from spaciousness to 8th floor view to the convenient location! My wife and I stayed in Maria's condo Sept. 12-19 and we HIGHLY recommend this condo to everyone. We like to play from Pass-A-Grille to Clearwater Beach, so the location is perfect. Largo Mall is maybe 10 minutes tops, fast food if you want it is 5 minutes (not to mention fine dining in every direction). Crabby Bill's is a mile or so North, Keegan's Grill is 2 miles North, Conch Republic is 5 miles South, Salt Rock Grille is maybe 1.5 miles South. For the times you might not want to drive or if you just need a fun activity, the Trolley stops right across the street. You can ride to downtown Clearwater, Tampa, St. Pete or stay on the beach route from Pass-A-Grille to Clearwater Beach. If you like to fish (I fish about every day while there), there are several piers in the area as well as an awesome beach to fish from. I always fish the Pass-A-Grille pier, Sand Key Park piers, Ft. Desoto piers, Pier 60 and off the beach. Maria is totally awesome to deal with, she gives a whole new meaning to "Customer Service". We definitely will try to stay there on our next getaway. You won't find nicer people to deal with than Maria and Henry!! Give this condo a hard look, you won't be disappointed.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

This condo was everything we had hoped for when booking a short holiday in Florida. The spaces were large and bright and very clean. The view from the balcony was lovely - right on the beach with a view of the pool and the well kept grounds below us. The pool area was large and had sufficient lounge chairs for those who were staying in the building that week. The pool area was cleaned and straightened every morning and was in good condition. You could hear the waves in the condo and that was a treat. The stop for the trolley that went up and down the beach area was right outside the building. We didn't use this service, but it was available. Grocery stores and restaurants were within a short distance of the condo making it convenient. Sunsets were beautiful. This is a very well decorated unit with lovely furnishings. The convenience of the washer and dryer was great. We didn't come home with loads of laundry to do. The only downsides were the supplies left for us. The supplies of dishwasher soap and handsoap were low as was the toilet paper. We had to purchase more of all of the above. We would highly recommend this unit to friends. Those who visited with us while we were staying there were very impressed with the space and furnishings. We would stay there again in a minute. The owner contacted us half way through our stay just to check that things were as we would have hoped. Nice touch.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

One of the points of interest that was noted was the lack of supplies such as the toiletry items and soaps and I just wanted to get back to you to let you know the reasons for that. From our experience we noticed that most of the visitors bring their own hand soaps and what we supply is not being used. We have 2 rolls of toilet paper placed in each bathroom and if more is needed the guests are responsibe to purchase more as well as the food and other personal items. The dishwasher soap we will try to resolve and supply an extra box for we realize the usage of it is always high. Thank you so much for bringing this to my attention and we hope to see you again !
