Newly built, custom designed and upgraded three story townhome in the heart of Delray Beach. Located just blocks from Atlantic Ave and the Intercoastal. Walk to the beach in 10 minutes! Small complex offers peaceful setting featuring interior courtyard and luxurious pool. This beautiful property features tranquil living yet within a short walking distance to lively seaside town. Great care was exercised in the design, additions and finish work to this home. We have 3 full bedroom suites each with own private baths and an additional den plus full bath. Volume ceilings throughout, use of hardwood and travertine stone floors, granite, crown and base moldings and built in closet organizers to name just a few of the features.
Spacious master suite features large walk in closet, private bath with dual sinks, large soaking tub and separate glass shower and small, east facing balcony overlooking pool/courtyard. King sized bed is extremely comfortable with 42' plasma TV, DVD player and stereo system.
Second master suite features a trundle bed that can sleep as two singles, or put together for a King bed, 26' Flat panel TV/DVD, private bathroom with standing shower and small, west facing balcony overlooking avenue.
Bedroom 3 is on the entry level, so its great for guests with limited mobility. This room features a queen bed, 36' TV and large bathroom with standing shower.
The main living area features an open floor plan with living room, dining area and kitchen. Kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite counters. All cooking necessities provided. Living room features large sectional sofa and 42' plasma TV with DVD player and stereo. There is a den adjacent to the main living area with full bath attached.
The appliances are new and the kitchen/bathrooms are stocked with all the necessary accessories. There is a full sized washer and dryer. All linens and towels are included. Home is equipped with satellite TV, a computer, fax/printer and wireless internet access.
A full service grocery store is one mile away. Maid/Housekeeping service can be arranged on a daily or weekly basis, as needed.
It is very easy to get around town by foot, but recommend a car for grocery shopping and day trips.
The Neighborhood
Delray Beach is a vibrant city with award winning beaches and fantastic downtown area. Delray Beach has been named All-American City in 1993 and also in 2001, the only city in Florida to receive the award twice. Travel Holiday Magazine rated Delray Beach as 'Best Swimming Beach' in the southeast, it is also known as a premier diving spot.
Our newly built and well furnished townhome is only a few minute walk to the beach (where you can relax, sunbathe, dine or bike along A1A), and the trendy tourist strip, Atlantic Avenue which boasts many art galleries, antique shops, museums and historical sights, sightseeing, boutiques and shopping to suit all tastes, ice cream and coffee houses sidewalk cafes, bars, restaurants both casual and elegant, and plenty of night life with live entertainment, There is something for everyone!
35 minute drive to Ft Lauderdale Airport and 15 minute drive to West Palm Beach airport. Excursions to Miami Beach, the Florida Keys, the Gulf Coast and even Disney World in Orlando are easily accessed from our location. We are in the best location to enjoy all the Florida has to offer!

We stayed here for a few months and loved everything. It is a beautiful town home and so close to the beaches and downtown. It is also great when having guests as they have their own private bathrooms and beautiful bedrooms. You never feel like you are on top of one another. Lori was wonderful and answered any questions that we had promptly and cordially. We would love to stay there again in the near future. We truly had a wonderful time.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This townhouse is lovely. It is even better than the pictures. I spent a week in April with my teenage son along with a friend and her teenage son. All of the amenities that you could want in a clean well maintained property. A beautiful layout 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The townhouse is a 10 minute walk to the beach, close to Atlantic Ave. We walked to the ocean every day. We had a car but basically walked everywhere. We would not hesitate to rent this property again. Lorrie was great to work with.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We loved this town house! It is so stylishly decorated and so clean. The kitchen has all you could possibly need. There are 4 full bathrooms (master has bath tub and walk in shower, rest have walk in showers). My parents were in the master suite which was very comparable to a 5 star hotel room. All the bedrooms have brand new carpeting which was really nice... I've stayed in plenty of rentals where you wouldn't want to take your socks of haha but definitely not a problem here. The photos on the website honestly don't do it justice. It is in very close walking distance to Atlantic Ave. (all restaurants/bars are here) on a really safe side walk so no problem walking at night. The beach is only about a 15 min scenic walk....we would walk down there in the mornings but drive when we were going to sit out for a few hours so we could bring more stuff. We loved having use of the two beach chairs (and there are tons of beach towels) and the bike was great to have use of as well. We had a toddler with us and Lorrie (owner) was extremly helpful in providing a baby gate for our stay. I would definitely recommend this property.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

About the owner: This is my home and from time to time we make it available based on our schedule and usage of the property. Our home was carefully furnished for an elegant yet relaxed atmosphere, and while we have opened it up for others to enjoy, it is not a hotel and we expects guests to treat their stay as they would their own home.
Why the Owner Chose Delray Beach:
We built this home to enjoy all that the Atlantic coast has to offer. Delray Beach was the perfect location for us to enjoy the beach, deep sea fishing, golf, tennis, wake boarding...basically anything you can think to do in the perfect climate of Florida. Delray features a full variety of activities to do right in town, and is centrally located to easily drive to Miami, the Keys or even the Gulf Coast.
