It's all about the view! The view from our vacation home (yes, we are the actual owners and not a management company) can't be beat! You have direct views of the Gulf and the beach from every single window, which is going to give you memories of your time in Fort Myers Beach that you will talk about forever.
Our non-smoking corner unit condo is perfectly located to show you beautiful sunsets year around. And, being on the eleventh floor gives you a bird's eye view that you just can't get from the lower floors.
Our home has been professionally decorated with a tropical theme, and the use of large wall mirrors brings the tranquil gulf views into all areas of the home. To release your inner chef, the updated kitchen is fully-equipped with new appliances (including a dishwasher). Our home accommodates 2-4 people on the king-sized bed and the queen-sized sleeper sofa (which is the most comfortable sleeper sofa we've ever seen). There is a 42 inch flat screen TV in the main room, and a 26 inch flat screen TV in the bedroom. There is a sliding door that you can close between the bedroom and the main room for privacy, if needed. All linens are provided except for beach towels.
The open air balcony/lanai invites you to relax as you watch the dolphins, many coastal birds, or fantastic sunsets or just listen to the rhythm of the waves. We are located on the tranquil South end of Fort Myers Beach on the World's Safest Beach; shallow waters with no undertow makes it great for swimming as well as shelling.
Enjoy the 10 acres of beautiful tropically landscaped common area which provides 4 clay tennis courts, a large climate controlled heated pool, shuffle board, gas grills, as well as many sunning areas with lounge chairs; there is still room for kite flying on those ocean breezy days. Laundry is also provided on site for your convenience.
If you want to eat out, there are many great places to dine right across the street or within a short walking distance. Other things very close include a bank, boutique and gift shops, a large drug store with many grocery staple items, post office, marina with boat rentals, an ice cream shop and more. An 18 hole public golf course is only a block away, and there is a dinner movie theater just a few blocks away. The island trolley can be caught across the street to take you to the North end to "the action" of Time Square or Bowditch Park for only a small charge. The same trolley also goes south to Lovers Key State Park and Bonita Springs. Fort Myers Beach is centrally located, only minutes to Naples and Marco Island to the South and Sanibel and Captiva to the North.

Why the Owner Chose Estero Beach & Tennis Club
We researched a million different places, and Fort Myers Beach is where we wanted to be. It's warm enough on The Beach to enjoy winter here, but the cool breezes off the Gulf make summer extremely enjoyable as well. And, the other seasons are great, too, because the weather is excellent, and there aren't any crowds.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The views here are absolutely stunning. We looked at a bunch of different properties and this one won, because of the view. Location, location, location. We are up high enough, on the 11th floor, that we can see beautiful sunsets, and the wide side of the balcony/lanai on our condo faces northwest, right towards the widest beach on the island. The end of the balcony faces southwest, so we get to see beautiful sunsets regardless of what time of year it is.
Also, as you can see on the map to the right, our condo is on the southern end of the island, which is definitely the "quieter" end. We really like this, and it is just one of the things that makes us want to go back again and again and again.
Like playing tennis, horseshoes, or shuffleboard? This condo has all of these options onsite.
All of your grocery needs and more are right here, just a couple of miles north of the condo
Voted one of the best beaches, Lover's Key State Park is just a short trolley or car ride away from your condo.
The fishing pier up at Times Square is visible from your balcony. This where they set off the fireworks on the Fourth of July, too.
You have to pay a toll to get onto Sanibel. You can see the bridge from your balcony.

Nice one bedroom, kitchen & Living area combined into a unit suitable for 2 people. When we had company, the unit became a little crowded. The View from the 11th floor ocean-front couldn't be better.especially the evening sunsets. The unit was well equipped, except for the lack of sufficient drinking glasses (5 total). We were forever washing them.
Owner response:We are glad that you enjoyed our home and the views. When we were last down there we had more drinking glasses than you mentioned, but things happen and we sometimes run low on items. Thanks for letting us know. On the day that we read this review we ordered more glasses, which have since been delivered and added to our home. We take very seriously any shortcomings that our home might have and remedy problems as quickly as we are able to the best of our ability.

This condo was everything that it said it would be, complete with some extra in-unit amenities such as a pair of binoculars to help you view the dolphins swimming by, beach chairs and several modern kitchen appliances. We will definitely be staying in this unit in the future. The beach/oceanfront view is breathtaking from the 11th floor! Kudos to the owners for providing such a wonderful place to stay.

My week in September was great. The view from the balcony is very relaxing. I even got to see dolphins swim by. The unit is very clean and well maintained. The photos are accurate. The complex is also well maintained and very secure. There are eating places across the street in Santini Plaza and the trolley stop is close by. Yes, I would recommend this condo unit to a friend or relative.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

the only problem we encountered was the pool was closed each evening between 7 and 8 pm,also the access to the beach was under water from the tides.

We wanted to get away for a few days from the stress of every day life and this was the perfect place. From the minute we walked in the door, we could see the beautiful and relaxing view of the gulf. The condo is well maintained and everything was exactly as described by the owners. We had a great time sitting in the balcony listening to the birds and the waves crash on the shore. The sunsets were absolutely amazing every night and we even had front row seats to a lightning storm out in the gulf (right from our balcony). This was our first time renting a private condo (we normally go to a hotel) and the owners made it a very pleasant experience. We definetely look forward to going back next year.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this property and would stay here again. Great for two.
Owner response:We certainly enjoyed having Sam stay in our home. We had told Sam that he would have a view of the beach and the fireworks that would amaze him, and apparently he agreed with us! Sam was one of our "last minute" arrivals. He contacted us wanting a place just a couple of days out, and we were able to accommodate him. While we prefer to have everything planned six months before, we realize that some people just can't plan everything that far in advance. Whether you are a 6-month-planner, or a 6-hour planner, if we have an opening, let us know and we'll do our best to give you the "Best view on the beach"!
