  I found the home to be very welcoming and tastefully decorated. I also found it very convenient to many of the places and restaurants in Edgartown I normally frequent while on Island. I would think a summer visit as opposed to October would be fantastic!

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, families with young children, families with teenagers.

  This is a great house, new, clean, and comfortable. It is very well taken care of. The layout provides for a spacious feel. Having a bedroom on the first floor is really nice for older guests who prefer not to use the stairs. Access to the bike path is excellent!

  Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

  This house has a great location and is very close to Morning Glory Farm and Edgartown. It was very clean and new with wood floors and it was also decorated quite nicely. We had a great time and would stay there again.

  My family stayed at this very well appointed house during the last week of July. The house is a new construction on a sizable lot. The house has great furnishings and is quite comfortable. Everything is new and very clean. The closed in porch was perfect to store our beach bags and shoes and the outdoor shower was great for getting the sand off the kids before coming inside. The kitchen has everything we needed - new pots and pans, tons of tupperware, dishes and new appliances. The new washer and dryer on the first floor was wonderfly convenient and meant I didn't have to bring home loads of dirty laundry. The master bedroom on the second floor is very large and right accross from the kids' room. The two full baths meant the kids had their pick of where to bathe. We had a great time and would recommend staying here.

  Stayed in this new home in Edgartown mid'July. Was pleasantly surprised. Furnishings were all in good taste...clean, neat, definate island feel! Rooms are spacious and 2 full bathrooms. Great eat in kitchen (top of the line appliances) and ability to grill outside! House even had washer + dryer! Easy access to bike trails beaches and center of town. Definately would rent this home again.
