This apartment is in a great location. Although it is a basic apartment, it had everything my husband, daughter and I needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment is exactly as it appears in the photos. At the end of a long day it was nice to drop into comfortable beds. In the morning we would have breakfast and then be off. There is a grocery store close by and a couple of times we chose to eat in before heading back out for a night stroll. We found the surrounding area to be quite charming.

We had a marvelous 2-week stay in this lovely studio, and everything was as just as described. The location is absolutely perfect, the neighbor charming and safe, and the building quiet. David, the owner, is awesome--extremely helpful and responsive. My 10-year-old daughter and I loved living the life of Parisiennes for a couple of weeks.

My wife and two daughters really enjoyed the stay. Unit was spartan but functional (i.e.not fancy or luxiurious). Unit was on its own floor in a back building off the main street behind two locked gates - so it felt safe and private. Location was A+ - very near the Louve but on a nice side street with restaurants and a grocery store. Metro stop was w/in 2 blocks. David was great to deal with. Communication was excellent, apt was available when promised, and instructions were clear. Would definitely be interested in staying again.

Had such an awesome trip in Paris. Thanks a lot; we could find everything a tourist would dream of in the nicest city of the world. The apartment was perfect and clean; the owner helped us a lot during our stay. I will recommend this flat to all my friends wishing to visit Paris.

This is a nice flat. Clean and comfortable. We had all needful things and free Internet in the flat. We like It very much. There are so many sights, which is available to walking by foot. If we'll decide to visit Paris one more time, we'll rent this flat again.

Clean and roomy studio was ideal for my two teenagers and me. Good security, quiet, private, in an upscale neighborhood and conveniently located. We were at home there and made good use of the kitchen and washer/dryer. The owner was most helpful communicating with us prior to arrival, and coming to the flat to answer our questions about using the internet. He checked on us before departure. Would love to return to Paris and stay there again. I will recommend to friends.
