Short walk to Louvre and Orsay Museum, Tuileries, Opera, Concorde, and Vendome Place. Three subway stations from Champs Elysées, Chatelet, Marais, and Notre Dame. Perfect place to discover Paris with restaurants, typical and fashioned shops. Close to famous shopping street Rue du Faubourg Saint Honoré, Concert Hall Olympia and Galeries Lafayette.

Typical building, second floor by stairs, quiet, view on little yard, nobody in front, safety building entry with digicode. 270 square ft. (25m2), Parisian-style deco, typical fireplace (out of work), perfect for four people with double-size bed on mezzanine and double-size sofa bed, dressing, fully-equipped kitchen, dining area for four people, bathroom with bath/shower, electric heater.
