Year Purchased: 2005

We have been vacationing in Marco for 15 years now. We liked it so much we bought a time share but couldn't get enough of Marco so we bought our dream condo on the beach 6 years ago. Someday we plan to retire to Marco and vacation the rest of our lives.

Why the Owner Chose South Seas

We loved the climate and the relaxed ambiance of the island and the great restaurants and the fact that we can feel away from it all but still go to the excitement and luxury of Naples with a short car trip.

The Unique Benefits of this Condo

On Marco nearly everyone stops and goes out to enjoy the sunset with a cool drink. After seeing all of the condos on the island while we had a time share we chose the northernmost South Seas tower because it gave the most private unspoiled beach view on the island, with no other condos in sight. We can walk down to the pool for a swim and right out to the beach to relax in the sand or swim in the lagoon.
We always hit our favorite restaurants and explore at least one new one every time we visit. We are regulars at Pelagos Cafe in Naples for home style Greek food , we always have lunch out on the lanai at the Little Bar, and the pizza at Joeys is the best outside of New York City.
