I bought at Watch Hill for the open floor plan, great views, and central location close to Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper Mountain, Vail, and Loveland ski resorts. The view from the hot tub sealed the deal for me.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
This condo is furnished more like a luxury mountain home than a highly rented condo. You will appreciate the fine artwork, granite kitchen countertops, and comfortable beds and sleeper sofa, along with the top floor location which is nice and quiet. My neighbors on either side do not rent out their units, and most units in the complex are second homes...not rentals.

I have been coming to Summit County since 1984 for winter and summer activities. I first purchased a 2 bedroom condo at Watch Hill in 1993, then traded up to my current 3 bedroom condo in 2001. I have owned and managed rental property since 1987 and became a licensed Colorado Realtor in 2005, and I am VERY familiar with rental condos here in Summit County. I understand what what you are looking for in a nice comfortable vacation rental, and know you will be as pleased with this condo as all my previous guests.

We stay here for our ski vacation. The unit was clean and had been updated. We had 6 inches of snow on Saturday ( 1/7 ) and it was great watching the snow come in from the nice windows. My wife even got a picture of a fox running thru the parking lot that morning. It's a great location to access Keystone, Breckenridge and Copper Mountain ski resorts. The BBQ works great for steaks. I would recommend this unit.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We have stayed in this condo several times and it is awesome! Great views, both times we have had the hot tub to ourselves, quiet, and so handy to everything. It is only a 15 min drive to Copper Mtn to ski or Frisco or Breck would be about the same. It's probably 5 mins to the outlet stores. There is free bus to anywhere around also. We tried something new this year I would like to recommend: the 2 Below Zero sleigh ride/dinner/entertainment. Also the winter hike to Hanging Lake was ever so beautiful! It is about 1 1/2 hours drive from the condo. More info can be found on internet. Have fun!!

Our group had a wonderful stay at this condo in early January. The unit was very convenient to all of the resorts we visited (Vail, Breckenridge, Keystone, etc.) and the owner was very easy to work with. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking to ski the Summit County resorts.

What a great place to stay. Very easy to get to all ski resorts. Clean and quiet and tons of room. The owner has kept the place in excellent shape, you would never know it was rented out multiple times. I have stayed in alot of condos in Summit County and we will try and stay here again. Transaction with owner was extemely positive and no problems. A+++++++ all the way.
