Enjoy a fabulous west (sunset) view of Lake Travis and the hills beyond from two decks at this inviting, 2400-square-foot, Lakeway home. Ideally located on a double lot above an undeveloped city park, our house has a fenced yard surrounded by gorgeous trees. We are three minutes from the Lakeway Spa and Resort and Lakeway Marina, and just slightly farther from the beautiful Hamilton Greenbelt hiking trail.
PETS ARE WELCOME inside the house, a rarity in Lakeway rentals.
Our open living area, which maximizes the view, includes the living room, dining room, and kitchen all in one great room with vaulted ceiling and wet bar.
Each of the three bedrooms has its own bathroom. The large master bedroom has a king-size bed, with his-and-her areas in the bathroom. It also provides views of the lake and the yard.
EACH of the two guest bedrooms has TWO queen beds.(Total: 4 queen beds.) There is a large, sleeper sofa in the living room.
TVs are located in the living room, master bedroom, and one of the guest bedrooms. 2 have DVDs, all 3 have VCRs. High-speed internet access and Wi Fi are provided.
Our house has a warm, friendly feeling which will make you feel instantly at home. It is a wonderful base from which to enjoy all that Lake Travis, Lakeway, and Austin have to offer.

It is scenic, calm, casual, relaxed, comfortable, cozy and friendly. Like being in the country, very quiet, as our street in not a through street.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Our dog enjoys a beautiful fenced yard with us as we watch the sunset over the lake every night. We hike on the greenbelt trail every day, just a five minute drive from our house. The area restaurants are wonderful. And we love going into Austin in a half-hour to enjoy great food, live music, and great parks.

This is a great place to stay in Lakeway. Very pet friendly. Very people friendly. House is very well maintained and in a great location. We really enjoyed our stay during the month of November.

My family and me went and we loved it. It was big, clean and wonderful in the evening and morning from the backporch! We had a 9 year old and 6 year old who had a blast! The marina is right there and you can rent jet skis and boats. We visited many of the parks with our dogs, which is the main reason we picked this place, but it turned into a great place. The deer come up in the evening to the front door.
Recommended for:People with disabilities, adventure seekers, pet owners, families with young children.

The place is great. Bigger than I thought. The marina is a very short drive and although it's very private you're still close to grocery stores and resturants.

Nice clean big house with everything you need. Beautiful view of the lake, enjoyed many days on the deck watching the water. And the deer! It was so great to get them visiting almost nightly. What a treat that was! We loved the fenced in yard and the front was also fenced, so our dogs could be outside with us all the time. We spent alot of time at a dog park a few miles away. The Owners and Property Manager were very nice and so quick to answer questions or take care of anything we needed. They were great to work with. I would highly recommend this house to anyone. And hopefully can stay again next year!

A very nice view of Lake Travis without being directly on the water. A comfortable, large space with everything you need in a home setting. The owner and agent were very responsive to all questions and needs. All necessities were provided. Our dog loved being outside the entire time, without us having to worry about "escapes." The entire yard is fenced, in addition to the deck and patio area, giving the dog the freedom to enjoy the view also! There are countless dining and shopping spots close by and the golf courses are welcoming and as challenging as you desire. We enjoyed our visit immensely, and wouldn't hesitate to rent this property again.
