Spacious, fully renovated 1 bedroom apartment located on a lovely pedestrian street in the Suquet. Some of the best restaurants in all of Cannes are located just outside our doorstep on rue St. Antoine. The Palais des Festival, shopping, beaches and casino are all within a 10 minute walk. The bus station located about 100 meters from the apartment provides service from Nice Airport and travels to the adjacent towns of Antibes, Juan les Pins and Nice. The train station is about a 12 minute walk from the apartment. The train is a great way to travel all along the French Riviera from Marsielle to Vengimigilia, Italy at a very inexpensive, relaxed rate. The location of the apartment is stellar - right in the heart of Cannes but set in a quaint, old world neighborhood.
The apartment was fully renovated in 2009 with modern, upscale furnishings including a state-of-the-art kitchen with separate dining area. The apartment is fully equipped with every amenity to ensure that our guests are able to fully experience living in France while touring some of the most beautiful sights along the Cote d'Azur. There is a public balcony across from our building which provides a lovely view of the marina with the Palais des Festival et Congress in the background. It is a fantastic spot to have a glass of wine at the end of a day of sightseeing before dinner or at night when the lights of Cannes are shining below.

This apartment is a great option in Cannes, excellent location, very nice features, new appliances. It's near all the important attractions of Cannes, very good choices for restaurants and central for those who want to explore the Cote de Azur. We highly recommend this condo as a short term or long term choice for a vacation in Cannes.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
