Our professionally decorated, 2500+ square foot interior is professionally cleaned weekly and very well maintained. 'TangQuility' features ceiling fans, newly purchased TV’s and DVD players in EVERY room (including a 50” wide screen in LR and flat screen wall mounts in every bedroom).
Need a break from the beach? TangQuility offers a spacious patio and small private, heated pool. THIS POOL IS NOT SHARED AND IS YOUR PRIVATE POOL!
We provide wireless internet service and all the comforts of home including two-zone HVAC, a well-equipped kitchen, NEW washer/dryer, microwave, disposal and dishwasher.
This home easily accommodates 14 people and offers two king beds, a queen bed and two rooms each with two full beds.
We also provide a THREE BURNER GAS GRILL, including fuel.
Beautifully constructed in 2004, TangQuility includes three covered balconies; two of them ocean facing with spectacular ocean views and featuring NEW Cracker Barrel Wooden Rocking Chairs. The third deck overlooks the park and fishing lake.

-- a very short 1.5 block, 200 yard walk to the beautiful beach 6th Ave. South Beach! We are MANY, many blocks AWAY from high-rise apartments and condos.
-- centrally located in Surfside, less than 6 short blocks from the Surfside Fishing Pier and the center of the Surfside Beach Community.
Surfside Beach is a family beach and resort area which is much less crowded than Myrtle Beach (seven miles to the north). The beach is wide, flat with fine, white sand. Glorious South Carolina weather typically dominates from late April through much of the Fall season. Life guards serve throughout the summer season and rental chairs and umbrellas are available on the beach.
So many activities to choose from during your stay at TangQuility. Within 15 minutes, you’ll find world-class golf courses including; Caledonia, Heritage, True Blue, TPC of Myrtle Beach, and Pawley’s Plantation. There are shopping opportunities galore including; Broadway by the Beach, Tanger Outlets, the new Coastal Grand Mall, and a variety of Pawley’s Island shops.
The children will love the incredible miniature golf courses, night-time par 3 courses, the numerous go-kart tracks, and the nearby water parks.
TangQuility is located on the corner of 6th Avenue South and Dogwood and is adjacent to the local park, which contains acres of well-manicured open space and a nice fishing lake. Plenty of open space and fish!
Many large families and groups have teamed up with our neighboring 'A Cayman Hutt I' unit to accommodate up to 30 people for large family reunions and vacations! Come RELAX and ENJOY our beach home. Will be happy to set this up if you wish.

We stayed at THE HUTT this Spring (2011) for a week of Golf and Relaxation. This is a great house, with landlords that couldn't be nicer. Spacious, clean, well decorated, AND a nice view of the ocean from the balconies. Easy walk to the beach and other activities, yet tucked into a nice quiet neighborhood. The pool is a nice touch, and the size of area around the pool makes for a great place to hang out. Can't wait to get back for another year!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

The Unique Benefits at this House:
Our house is very close to a gorgeous beach (only 200 yards). Our ocean facing balconies offer nice ocean views. The private, heated pool and patio offers a nice alternative to the beach. The house sits adjacent to a large public park which features a small fishing lake and other games/facilities for the public to enjoy. Perhaps, most unique about rental of this property, you will be dealing directly with new owners who truly care about you and your vacation experience. In addition, we're able to provide a high quality vacation at a very affordable price.
