Snow machine from the front door to Jefferson mountains! This is a snow machining dream with plenty of snow this 2010/2011 season. Plenty of off street parking, two car garage, satellite TV, and Free WiFi. The Wandering Inn, Too is a beautiful Island Park cabin situated in Centennial Mountain Shores on Island Park Reservoir and is the perfect location for your large family gatherings. There is something here for everyone. This cabin has three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, a kitchen, a large family room, loft, children's bunk room with TV, satellite big screen HD TV, VCR, DVD, WiFi, and all your bedding and kitchen needs as well as washer and dryer. We can accommodate 12 people in beds and another 6 with the sofa beds. This cabin is located in a gated community.
Other Amenities: This cabin is only three years old and has all new furnishings for your family or company gathering. There's something here for everyone; large deck with outdoor furniture for the summer, fishing, swimming, water sports, boating, ATV and snowmobile trails (900 miles-groomed), hunting, children's bunk room and playroom with TV.
This smoke-free Island Park lodging cabin is children friendly. We have year-round access and are centrally located to gas stations, restaurants, grocery stores, river, lakes, the trail systems, and other local attractions. You are close to Henry's Fork River for World Class Fly Fishing, floating, swimming and wild life watching! Unload snow machines and ATVs right on the property....trail systems start right here!
The Wandering Inn, Too is a family lodge that is close to Big Springs, Johnny Sack Cabin, Henry's Lake, Henry's Fork of the Snake River, Island Park Reservoir, Quake Lake, Hebgen Lake, West Yellowstone, Harriman State Park, and Yellowstone National Park. There's so much to do in Island Park, Idaho!

Our party of 18 (12 kids and 6 adults) enjoyed every minute of our time in Idaho. The house is gorgeous and the sunsets are unbeatable. The house is clean, beautiful, and well stocked.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers.

Our family enjoyed everything about this beautiful cabin. We had fun playing in the snow, ice fishing in the reservoir, cross country skiing, snow shoeing and snowmobiling on the grounds and surrounding Island Park. The cabin was spacious, comfortable and met all our needs. We would love to see it in the summer months also. We relaxed and enjoyed the peace and quiet. I am sure the summer would hold just as many fun times!! It is close to many great tourist spots, fishing and hiking also. I recommend it to anyone that loves the outdoors and beauty of Island Park.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

It is a beautiful place rich with outdoor adventure. The summer is just as wonderful with a community boat ramp at the reservoir, beach area for swimming, with Sawtelle close by there is hiking, miles of four wheeling trails, rafting at Mack's Inn and Yellowstone only 30 minutes away. This cabin is a beautiful escape! It was very inviting with its spacious, clean, and comfortable environment. The kicthen had everything you need, the beds had the most cozy linens, and the whole house was full of charming decor. We enjoyed the picturesque scenery and the short distance to Yellowstone and other attractions. A wonderful experience!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers.

About the owner: Our family first found Island Park in 2003 when we camped at Buttermilk Campground. While jet skiing in the reservoir we found Bill's Island and purchased our first cabin, Wandering Inn. In 2006 we left Idaho, and the United States, for a worldwide adventure. We have lived in Mexico City and in the summer of 2009 we moved to Panama and live 2 minutes from the Panama Canal. In 2010 we found Wandering Inn, Too and decided to share the beauty of Island Park and surrounding area with others.
Why the Owner Chose Island Park:
We love the unique beauty of Island Park. We enjoy the openness and tranquility of the area. The land is open to exploration. Centennial Shores is a gated community that offers a private community beach and boat dock. The views of Island Park Reservoir and Sawtelle are unrivaled anywhere. The ease of snow machining from the front door as well as walking out in nature where antelope, elk, fox and wildlife frequently roam is something rarely seen in the city. Island Park is a place where you can relax or unwind or go out and enjoy the many natural attractions that this area has to offer, the choice is yours. We still haven't decided which season is our favorite so we've settled on ... 'anytime we are here is our favorite time'.

The Wandering Inn, Too has breathtaking views, my favorite are the amazing Idaho sunsets with the mountain backdrop. The large wrap around porch lets you take in the mountain and lake views at the same time. The house is large enough for a family gathering and not feel that you are on top of each other. There is an acre and a half of land so you will never feel too close to anyone else. After a long day of snow machining or water sports relax in the jetted tub in the master bedroom. The open layout of the cabin lets you cook dinner and still be a part of the family. Relax and enjoy The Wandering Inn, Too and all that Island Park has to offer.
