  Laurie, I know this is delayed but thank you so much for making our stay delightful, memorable and soooo relaxing last year. It was much needed from the insanity of the work world and was most enjoyable for my mother in law who at age 98 spent much of her time on the beautiful ocean front balcony and is an end unit! The pictures are exact as well as the description. Being Floridians, we know AMI and encourage all to come and stay at your beautiful home. Thank you so much for allowing us to give Mom and ourselves a much deserved respite. We look forward to going again this year.

  I stayed at this condo in July 2011 and was totally unprepared with how wonderful the place is, I could tell that it was nice on the pc, but when you arrive and open the door the only thing you notice is the breath taking view of the ocean. The nautical decor and the comfy furniture make it the perfect home away from home. The place is a palace with all the amenities you could need, from plenty of towels and sheets to a ton of kitchen equipment. There is so much to do in the area, from kids and adults and elderly. There is nightly live music on the beach and there is a ton of great places to eat and shop, and a shuttle to take you everywhere you want to go. We brought my 80 yr old mother and she had so much fun, she didnt want to leave. The master bedroom overlooks the ocean and you can lay there and listen to the waves. My mom loved this. She was able to use the balcony and ate breakfast, lunch and dinner out there, listening to the waves and people watching. I was so glad to be able to give this last request to my mom. She absolutely loved the condo and the surrounding area. I want to say thanks to the owners for keeping condo so nice, but livable. What a great place for families and couples.

  This is our third visit to the Turtle View Condo. We split our time between the UK and Florida, and have found this condo to be our perfect beachfront getaway. We have discovered kayakking, and love the new wildlife preserve nearby as well as renting some further south. We use the condo as a base as it is so convenient. When we took my aging mum along, she love the fact that she could use the elevator, and also sit on the verandah and watch the beach and the terrific sunsets when she was tired. It is very well maintained, and love the great equipment in the kitchen. Never a mildewy smell here, as there is in so many other places on the beach. We have become birdwatchers because of the condo's lanai!! We enjoy the condo even in the summer, as there is always a breeze and we seldom need the aircon. We would strongly recommend our "favorite vacation condo" except if you want to rent it at the same time we do!! Very well equipped, owners are great to deal with, and we think it's a bargain. Our grown kids loved it, as did their teens. The pool was great, and the beach sand is fabulous. Thanks, Turtle View!

  This is an outstanding property and location located on a quite stretch of beach which makes you feel like you have the ocean all to yourself. Perfect for Dolphin and Turtle watching as well as enjoying beautiful sunsets. When we wanted to explore and be part of a more active scene, we jumped on the FREE trolley right across the street and within minutes we were in the hustle and bustle of Manatee Public Beach and Pier. It was a delight to cook in the fully equipped kitchen, grill on the beach or go out to one of the many fine local restaurants – Mr. Bones BBQ is our new favorite – worth the trip! There are shops and activities galore. We rented segways and toured the Island to get a good lay of the land, kayaked and saw tons of birds and wildlife and even went into Sarasota to do some shopping at St. Armonds Circle. The owner’s website has a ton of information on what you can do in the area. Back at the condo, there were TV’s in every room to watch a movie or relax after our busy day. It was also nice to just sit and listen to the ocean, something you can hear from any room. We were worried about the heat as we went during the summer months, but the coastal breeze kept us cool when we were out and about. What a wonderful vacation “hot spot” tucked away on this little island! We look forward to returning again.

  Turtleview Condo is a special place on Anna Maria Island. In one phrase, it was fabulous, and here are some reasons. It was close to all the activities we wanted to do: boating, shelling, biking, and relaxing. It was within easy walking distance to great restaurants, bars, and shops. The best part is that it was right on the beach and it also had a great pool for when we were tired of the ocean, which was hardly at all. We had another couple down with us who had never been to the island before. They were overwhelmed by its charm. We sat on the balcony enjoying the view and we saw dolphins swimming by. The condo was very well maintained and the owner was most responsive when we needed. We looked at many places to rent, and this one completely met our expectations; the excellent accommodations made a fabulous location even better. When we go back to Anna Maria, we'll check book this condo again. The Turtleview Condo Rocks!

  Amazing! Outstanding! Heavenly! All describe the beauty of the location on Holmes Beach. To wake up to the sound of Gulf of Mexico at sunrise, while walking into the sunset at night makes like no other vacation point in Florida. The unit is designed in the elegant tradition of beach, sunshine, and fun. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, while the kitchen supplies many opportunities for fine cuisine. The pool, tennis courts, and clubhouse provide an friendly atmosphere of activities. We enjoyed our stays more and more each time we go.

  As we walked through the front door, we continued walking to the screened balcony to admire the amazing view that belonged to us. The blue waters and sand look like a picture window that had been placed in front of the window. The rooms were comfortably furnished with everything that we needed for our stay. The kitchen was well stocked. The location was perfect. The beach was steps away and we only had to share it with a few people. There's a pool available to use, if you would like to trade in salt water for fresh water. We rented kayaks right down the street and they were delivered to us. Bike rentals and a trolley are also available for transportation. Shopping was within walking distance and there are plenty of restaurants to choose from. We can't wait to return!
