  THE EXPERIENCE OF MY GROUP'S STAY AT YOUR RESIDENCE WAS EXCELLENT. WE ARE A GROUP OF GOLFERS WHO HAVE RENTED IN THE KISSIMMEE AREA FOR MANY YEARS. EVERYTHING WAS AS ADVERTIZED. THE LOCATION WAS PERFECT FOR OUR NEEDS. I EVEN HAD A QUESTION ON A SUNDAY MORNING AND MY PROBLEM WAS ANSWERED AND SOLVED IMMEDIATELY. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY FOR ANYONE LOOKING IN THE ORLANDO/KISSIMMEE AREA. JR

  We stayed at the villa for 15 days on a golf vacation. The villa is very well furnished and equipped. The hot tub was god sent and the pool was well heated and appreciated.Both the owner and manager were very helpful with all our needs and anything we needed was addressed immediately. the villa is very centrally located and the resort is very peaceful and charming. Thanks for having us and we hope to be back next year

  A group of 8 stayed here recently. This is the most filthy place I have ever stayed. The fake flowers should be removed i dont believe they have ever been dusted. Stains on the carpet. Needed to use a bowl it had been put away never been cleaned. Moved a chair to find food under it. TV in living room does not work. Bathrooms disgusting. Mold in windows. Lenoleum on floor folds over near bathtub. I would recomend buying your own bathroom cleaner, I had to so my daughter could take a bath. Comforters in children rooms were dirty. The extra blankets were filthy. Finally found a clean one after 3 tries. Florida itself was beautiful and I would recomend it to anyone. Im very surprised by the previous reviews. Perhaps he hired a new cleaning crew.

  Owner response: Vicki, I am sad to learn that you did not have an enjoyable trip. The property mangers and I strive to ensure that each and every guest has a memorable weekend – and this is not the memory we want you to take away. For that I am truly Sorry! ...... I called the property managers promptly upon receiving this and they said they did not hear from you about any problem all week. A call to them would have solved all issues. They live less than 5 minutes away. The cleaning crew would have come the next day and done another clean & brought over fresh sheets and comforters. The TV was on “game mode”, which is why it was not working. Easily fixed with a call. For you to have gone without TV for 7 days, especially on a vacation, is not something you would expect and I completely understand your frustration. ....... Guest satisfaction is very important to us. Just to give you an example, the previous guest alerted us that one of the 4 gas burners stopped working. As the gas repairperson was not available for the next few days, I purchased a new cooking range and had it installed at the house next day. I’m sure you noticed the new appliance. While there is no excuse for the issues you experienced, we would have liked the opportunity to make your stay more comfortable. ....... Again, I am truly sorry that we did not live up to your expectations. I would like to offer you 2 free nights or $400 towards your next stay with us. No minimum stay requirement. Please give us the opportunity to improve and exceed your expectations. Thank you.

  Neighborhood is clean & quiet. No traffic or trouble getting to Disney [or Universal, though it is a bit further.] Property is clean and outfitted as described. Contrary to reviews we found some paper goods & other staples at the house, so you might check in before shopping. We always leave left over items such as dish soap, paper towels, garbage bags for the next family. Note: clothes washer uses HE detergent. We shopped at the Walmart which is very close...right out of the development then right into the parking lot....about .7 miles. If you are going to and from the parks, the Super Target is on your way. Kids enjoyed the PS2 & Wii. We brought some old games and left them to add to the library, as the kids are using PS3 here at home. Put new batteries in the remotes and Wii controllers so they should be good through the fall. Kids enjoyed foosball and the pool table. Air Hockey was out of commission while we were there. WiFi worked great for the whole family....smartphones, iPad, work computer. Layout was great for two families. We used main master [grnd floor] and two of the bedrooms for our group. And had friends of the family visit from Tampa & Daytona during the week. Each family made good use of the second master & the adjoining bed rooms. Plenty of places for everyone to be without stepping on each other...nice after a long day at Disney...our older son made good use of the front room...the other loved the hot tub & pool. Both enjoyed the loft with the ps2. Wide selection of cable stations & large screen made for enjoyable tv viewing in the family room & the kitchen. Everyone cooled off in the pool during the evening. Houses are close; you will hear if neighbors are in their pools. Their enclosures prevent them from seeing you or you from seeing them while in the pool. The lounging area is out of view. It is great having the lake behind the house...how nice to be bird watching rather than staring in on another's vacation. As you would expect the house does show some wear given the number of folks in & out, but nothing unreasonable. One improvement would be a motion detector on the light at the front door. We arrived late...in the dark. Making out how to enter the code the first time was difficult for me given my poor vision. Owner was easy to deal with; prompt replies to any inquiry. When all was said & done he refunded security deposit quickly. Local management checked in a couple of times during stay.

  What a wonderful place to stay! It certainly lived up to its description and photographs. All of us agree that the highlight of our disney vacation was staying together at the villa. It was very spacious, and tastefully decorated. Even with eleven of us (six adults and 5 children under the age of 9) no one felt cramped. Both the kids and the adults loved playing in the pool in the mornings before going to the parks and then winding down in the pool after we came home. (Notice I said "home"; that's just the way it felt.) Even on the days that it rained, there was plenty of "built in" entertainment at the villa, so there was never a whimper or whisper of "I'm bored" spoken. The convenience of the location of the villa is exceptional. It was an easy commute to the parks and Wallmart was just around the corner from the villa. Now, how handy is that?! We will definitely book this villa again when we are in the Orlando area. I've already recommended it to others that I know are going there.

  Our party of 10 stayed at Villa Heron for 11 nights. We found it to be a large, clean, comfortable house. It had lots of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. No one ever ran out of hot water. The washer and dryer were invaluable. We ate breakfast and most suppers in so that helped keep the cost down for everyone. We used the pool most everyday, it was a great way to cool down after tramping around the various parks in the August heat. The house was easy to get to and close to all the parks and shopping. There is a very large Wal-Mart just a few blocks away, but we liked the SuperTarget better. It was a couple of miles away but very easy to get to. We found we drove past it to and from the parks anyway so it was easy to stop for groceries. Be aware that you have to provide your own basics for the house. We had to buy toilet paper, coffee filters, dish towels, dish washing soap, dishwasher soap, paper towels, kleenex, hand soap, foil wrap, saran wrap, salt and pepper and laundry soap. We thought some of that would be provided. We found the house to be as advertised and would definitely recommend it to others and would rent it again ourselves should the the need arise. The Seasons community was very quiet and peaceful and we enjoyed watching the ducks on lake. We had a terrific holiday and this house was a huge bonus. The owner and management company were very pleasant and easy to deal with. I was a little nervous about booking on-line but it couldn't have been easier.

  The house was great size for 12 of us. We had 7 adult & 5 kids. The pool and hot tub were great when we came back from visiting the parks. Wal Mart was close by for grocery and household items. Disney, Universal & Seaworld were all close and easy to get to. We had great time and the house was a great price for it's location. We will keep on our list for our next Disney trip in a few years.

  We checked out quite a few rental villas but chose Villa Heron and we are glad we did. The Villa was awesome and was exactly as advertized on the web site. It was clean and well maintained. There were 10 of us sharing the Villa. We, the grandparents, enjoyed the privacy of the downstairs bedroom with ensuite. Our daughter & her family had one side of the upstairs and our son & his family had the other side of the upstairs. There was enough room for all to enjoy their own space when needed. The grandchildren enjoyed the games room and playing WE. They brought some of their favourite games with them. The weather was very hot and after spending all day at various theme parks, it was great to come "home" to the pool. We didn't need the hot tub but it was nice to have this feature available. I enjoy bird watching and each morning I was always surprised with the variety of birds that would show up at the lake. As I took my morning walk around the lake, there was always new birds each day. Walmart was less than a mile away which was convenient for groceries. Lots of resturants in either directions of the Villa. This was my first experience with a rental. Being from outside the USA made some financial transactions a little tricky. Thanks to CC for helping jump through all the hoops. We had a great vacation and would chose Villa Heron if we return to Florida for another trip.

  We rented this property for a long weekend to celebrate our daughter's UCF graduation. We BBQ'd out by the pool and had a great weekend. It was very relaxing and everyone enjoyed the pool. We found the home to be as advertised with no unpleasant surprises. The owner of this property was very nice and easy to work with. We would definitely rent this property again.

  My family and I (4 children and 6 adults) rented this property for the week after Christmas (12/10) and we had a fabulous time. There was more than enough room for everyone. The gameroom was fabulous and so was the wii>>> there is a super Walmart within walking distance with a Redbox movie rental. Close to Disney but why leave when there is so much to do @ the house. We will definately rent with VRBO again.
