Luxury Vacationing 101: All one needs to know for a lesson in elegance and beachfront living at its finest is to step into San Remo Unit 101. As soon as you step into the unit, you will notice a special attention to detail which lets our guests know that we were anticipating their arrival. Recently redecorated with lovely natural fabrics, soft beach colors, and artwork to reflect the ocean and its surroundings, you will know immediately that you have chosen the most beautiful and comfortable beachfront condo available!
This corner unit was formerly the developer's unit at the San Remo Gulf-Front Condominium, which was completed in 2004. Unit 101 is a roomy 2,100 square foot unit lending itself not only to an abundance of natural light from the large windows and sliding glass doors, but also to having plenty of room for family and friends.
A wrap-around porch embraces the unit's three bedrooms and three and a half baths. With the pull out sofa, bunk beds, king bed in the master bedroom, and queen beds in the two guest bedrooms, the unit comfortably sleeps 10 people. Enjoy fantastic views from the master bedroom, two guest bedrooms, and the large great room. The master bedroom has a large and comfortable bathroom with dual vanity sinks, an oversized whirlpool tub, and a large walk-in shower. Each guest bedroom has a bathroom with combination shower/tub.
In Unit 101, every cook can be a master chef in a well laid out kitchen that features granite countertops, modern appliances, and plenty of storage. An island offers additional space and storage, as does a pantry for dry goods. A large dining table for seating up to six and three additional seats at the kitchen countertop allows for a fun and enjoyable dining experience.
Last, but not least, a large laundry room ensures that you will never have to leave your beachfront haven for anything!
If you do decide to leave the beach, there is a variety of great restaurants and shopping up and down 30-A in Rosemary and Seaside, not to mention 18 miles of bike and jogging trails.
You are only 5-10 minutes from Rosemary and Seaside with their own unique shops, restaurants, and other attractions. You are about a 20 minute drive from Destin, where you can have fun at the various restaurants, shops, theme parks, and other attractions. In short, you are near everything!
You are about a 45-60 minute drive from the Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) in Panama City, FL. The airport has direct flights from Baltimore, MD, Orlando, FL, Nashville, TN, and Houston-Hobby, TX via Southwest Airlines. Delta also provides service to ECP from Atlanta, GA and Memphis, TN.
The Northwest Florida Regional Airport (VPS) near Fort Walton Beach, FL, is about a hour's drive away. VPS has service from DFW Airport via American Eagle, Atlanta via Delta, Houston-Intercontinental Airport via United Express, and Charlotte, NC, and DCA Airport via US Airways Express.

San Remo is our favorite place to stay in the Destin area and we have stayed in 4 different San Remo units and this is by far the best. It is absolutely beautiful and the owners are so nice to deal with. Three big bedrooms plus bunkroom. Kitchen has everything. Plenty of seating in the den / living room. 3.5 bathrooms always a plus. TV in every bedroom. We have always stayed in units on the 3rd or 4th floor and I am now in love with the first floor, no waiting on elevators or climbing stairs, you park right by the front door, and you can walk right out the patio to the pool and beach. Plus, it's only a five minute walk to Goatfeathers which is a great place to eat. I rate this place a 10+. We'll be back next year.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We have contracted for several different condos over the years. Our stay has been one of the most delightful. Upon arrival we found the condo cleaned to the 9’s and well equipped. It has upscale linens, a flat screen TV, professional cookware and china service for 12+. We still find it hard to believe that the decorative appointments are so extravagant. We feel that the owner has gone all out to make this one of the best on 30A. We have a great view of the lake and the Gulf beyond. We are glad that we met the owners and were able to reserve time. We look forward to coming back for many extended stays.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

From the minute we walked through the door, we felt relaxed and at home. The condo took my breathe away! It was clean and beautiful with so many special touches.....not at all like being in a rental property! The view was amazing from almost every room. Susan is such a wonderful person to work with, I felt like I have made a new friend! This was truly one of the best vacations we have had in quite a while and we are looking forward to staying with Susan again next Fall!Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing, tourists without a car.

This is the second time I have stayed in your home and it just keeps getting better! My girls and I met my sister and her girls for an unforgettable getaway! From the minute I walked in the door, I was in heaven! The condo is sparkling clean. I love the large grass area that surrounds the patio. It is the perfect place for a game of catch, frisbee or touch football. The bunk bedroom was a huge hit with the girls...cute, quaint & private. The master bedroom is breathe taking and the most relaxing place to be after a long day at the beach. The family room had enough seating for all of us to snuggle around the TV to watch our "chick flicks". Even though the kitchen is nice and spacious with plenty of room to store ALL your groceries for a week, we chose to take advantage of all the fun resturants located close by...Goat Feathers and Red Bar were our favorites! I think we may invite the boys to join us next year...somethings are just too good not to share! Thank you so much. We made memories to last a life time!Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing.

Your home at the beach is perfect!!! My family felt very welcomed and comfortable in your beautiful home. We loved the lanai and the privacy of your home. The property is extremely well kept and impecable. The pool is great and always clean. The beach is beautiful and there are few steps to get there. We have been coming to the beaches of South Walton for almost 20 years and your home is the most relaxing home we have stayed in. While we hate to leave, we hope to be back soon.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

My family loves your condo! It was gorgeous inside and out. So tastefully decorated...love your linens and pillows. The chandelier in dining area..AWESOME. So beachy elegant while still so comfortable. We enjoyed being able to walk out the glass doors while looking at the gulf and sit on the porch. It is wonderful for families because you are so close to the beach and pool I could watch my children go in and out without worry. I also loved the security gate, keyless lock and privacy of your unit. We look forward to coming back year after year.Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We chose Santa Rosa Beach because of its location and beauty! We love being close to Destin and Seaside, with their shops, restaurants and other attractions, but love the quiet and peaceful setting of Santa Rosa Beach.

The first thing you will notice entering this first floor unit is all the windows which allows for an abundant amount of light and terrific views from just about every room. This is not your typical beach condo! You are close enough to a variety of terrific local restaurants and shopping areas, but tucked away from all the traffic. The beach, the sugar-white sand and the emerald-green water is breathtaking. The view is spectacular. In addition, you have miles and miles of jogging and bike paths. All said....a perfect place to go for a nice and relaxing vacation! Hope you have fun in Santa Rosa Beach!
