The condo was very spacious, very clean and well decorated. I enjoyed my stay because of those factors as well as the fact that the location was excellent. I recommend staying here and more than likely will stay at this condo again!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Great place to stay! Close to everything! No need to fight game day parking! Will stay everytime we come to Athens! Great deal for your money!Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

The University of Georgia holds many cultural, academic, and athletic programs/games throughout the year. Being an alumna of UGA, our family enjoys returning to a place where we have so many great memories. And, to be honest, there is nothing better than college football on a Saturday in late fall.

It's a short walk to campus and downtown. Athens has some of the best boutique shopping and restaurants in the entire state. The music scene in Athens is legendary. R.E.M, the B-52s, and countless indie bands got their start at places like the 40 Watt and the Georgia Theater.
