This must be the most luxurious penthouse in all of Los Cabos! Talk about classy, modern, and totally functional. The wide open layout gives everybody all the space they want. It is equipped with everything you need, obviously all the wi-fi, house phones, cell phones, giant HD tv's. you name it. It is very, very, classy! Two of the classiest hosts you'll ever meet in Brandon and Bibi. We had no questions for them because everything was there and looked after. The complex is new and very high-end. Of course the elevator opening right into the wide open home matches the incredible view you see first thing when you enter. Be sure to open the glass to make the perfect penthouse even more spectacular!

Our family spent the New Year's at this Penthouse and the place is amazing! The view of the marina will literally stop you in your tracks! The layout is great, floor to ceiling windows, balcony, great kitchen with granite counters, contemporary furnishings, etc. It's a very comfortable place to stay. The security is top notch in Pedregal as well, although we never noticed any need for it. We normally would walk down to the marina and take a cab back. There's also a nice Farmer's Market on the weekend at the bottom of the hill and you get access to the Pacific side as well, all of which is gorgeous. But what really blew us away was the attention to every detail. They provided my us with 2 local cell phones for use during our visit, in addition the house had 2 phone lines (one U.S. local number and one Mexican local number), this helped us get some work done during our stay. There was also some American satellite TV if you need it. And a list was provided of contacts to get just about anything you would need while visiting. And if it wasn't on the list then they will find the answer for you. Brandon and Bibi are nothing short of amazing! We travel the world in pretty nice accommodations and and we have never felt this level of service anywhere else. We loved it so much we're buying a place in the same development! I think that says it all. Thanks for the experience and see you soon in Cabo.

One week of HTJ luxury in Cabo!

We stayed in this Penthouse Condo unit 10/12 - 10/19 for Our 1 year anniversary with our best friends Jason and Niki. We were totally blown away from the time we walked out of the private elevator to the penthouse by the view of the ocean and the city of Cabo below. The unit is completely furnished with high end furniture and fixtures throughout. All the luxuries of home and more! Brandon and Bibi are great communicators and the best hosts anyone could ask for. They met us upon arrival in Cabo and took us to the condo and even helped with everything from maps of area, places to go to eat and even calls to check in on everyone from time to time. We were completely satisfied with everything and had the best vacation ever! We recommend Brandon and Bibi with BIR for anyone wanting to come to Cabo to vacation or purchase property. We will be coming back to this unit time and time again! This unit is a perfect place for 2 to 3 couples to rent or a family with children. The pedregal area is very safe and the security guards are very friendly and always there ontime to let you in and out of the safe gated community. We Hope to be purchasing in the Phase 2 Las Casacadas Pedregal in the future to have as income and retirement rental for many..many.. years of having total Joy in Cabo! Doug & Paulette

3 week vacation in paradise

I came down to Cabo for 3 weeks in september to relax and do some business online that required me to leave the country. The condo was great and exceeded all my expectations. It was spacious, well furnished and everything worked seamlessly. Upon arrival the fridge was stocked with necessities and we were given recommendations for things to do and places to go. Brandon was a great host and checked in often in case we needed anything. I would recommend this condo to anyone coming down to visit Cabo San Lucas. It was a 10$ cab ride from downtime and the pool and other onsite amenities are very nice. I felt safe and comfortable staying in this unit and definitely intend to stay here next time I come to Cabo. If you're coming down to Cabo with a group of people and want to live luxuriously for a reasonable price this is definitely the place to rent.

Our son decided on a destination wedding in Cabo and this unit suited our needs perfectly. The mangers of the property were so helpful with everything, I can't thank them enough. Plus it goes without saying how beautiful the penthouse is. Pictures are 100% accurate. Absolutely stunning views of the harbor. I was apprehensive of Cabo before we came, but after experiencing it, I would return to Cabo and this property any time.

I booked this property with some trepidation, having never used this site before, and needing to have a place that could serve two functions, business socials and the comfort of home. My expectations were exceeded in this property. The unit was lovely, the view spectacular, the furnishings visually pleasing and comfortable, and all the kitchen necessities available for our use. Bibi and Brandon were helpful and very accomodating. One of the individuals in my party became ill in the middle of the night and I called them to help direct me to the best medical facility. I was panicked being in a foreign country but the facility was as good as any medical care that would have been provided in the States...maybe even better! I would recommend this unit with no reservations! I loved the spaciousness and spent alot of time on the very large balconies. I hope to actually return in the near future and would not hesitate to rebbok if the property is available for my dates.

Extraordinary!!!!

I stayed here with my husband and 2 small children for 8 days. The property and area were much better than I could have ever imagined. The condo is beautiful, the view is extraordinary from the second you stop off the elevator. We could sleep with the doors/windows open and could enjoy the deck for late night glasses of wine. It is easy to drive to several beaches (we ventured to 4), the area is easy to navigate, or you can stay within the gated community and have plenty of area to walk/run and a beautiful beach to enjoy! Bibi and Brandon were helpful with everything. We were able to go on a few excursions without worrying about safety/security or getting lost. We even were able to call Bibi en route to Todos Santos for a last minute check on directions. We can't say enough about our stay!

Very Relaxing

We had a fabulous time staying at this luxurious penthouse condo. Coming off the elevator which opens up directly into the condo, you can see the gorgeous view through the sliding glass doors. We felt at home with all of the accommidations available (free phone, cable, and internet). We enjoyed the private pedregal beach and the farmers market just down the hill. Brandon and Bibi were available for anything that we needed such as restaurant reservation and even spa reservations. We will be back for sure.

The penthouse was truly fabulous. We loved the view of the harbor and the unique features of the place including the wall-to-wall opening windows/doors. The day and night views were just as spectacular. Having the comforts of home is a great asset when being on vacation. We really enjoyed the private Pedregal beach. Brandon and Bibi were so accomodating. They are great hosts and will make sure you have everything you need.

Beautiful and Luxurious Condo, Perfect Get-a-Way Spot

Sometimes you read these reviews and wonder, "So...what's the catch?" No catch here--this place IS truly fabulous!!! The pictures really don't do it justice. It is huge, very well decorated, immaculate, lots of privacy with two completely separate masters, fabulous kitchen, amazing views, great balcony with lounge chairs for R and R and a perfect spot to enjoy cocktails and watch the city below, very safe. But the best part of all is the personal attention from the property managers, Brandon and Bibianna. They were available to handle absolutely any and every request we had. They arranged transportation, recommended restaurants, made reservations, and offered all kinds of helpful suggestions in planning our time in Cabo. They are so gracious and eager to serve as your personal concierge. The only drawback for us is that we were there for just a couple of days to scout the area for a wedding location and didn't get the opportunity to really relax and enjoy the amenities of this beautiful place. But we are coming back to Cabo for our wedding in March of 2012 and will highly recommend this place to friends and family, and we look forward to a relaxing return trip in the near future.

WOW! What an amazing place! You just don't understand how nice and sophisticated this place is! Open up the full length patio doors and watch the beat of Cabo below! Our group absolutely loved the views and the location. Everything in the place is top-notch. Let's don't forget the most beautiful private beach ever! Brandon and his team are there for you! No matter what you need, call Brandon and it's done! The man literally is a 24/7 concierge. Book it....You are going to love it!

I have stayed at VBRO listings across the world (including Paris, Geneva and Honolulu). This by far was the most immaculate and glamorous listing I have ever spent time in. The appointments are top-notch (think W Hotel) and the views, the prior reviewers were right, the pictures don't do it justice. It's amazing to have the whole of Cabo right at your finger tips (nightlife, beaches and shopping), but to feel completely safe and secure perched above it all. I have visited this property twice, once when it first was listed and again a year later, and it proved to be as pristine and well-maintained each time. My boyfriend did some fishing while we were there and came back with coolers full of fish for me to prepare in the kitchen of my dreams, hello counter space! I would recommend this to anyone visiting Cabo, and in fact, already have to several friends.

Recommended for: Girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

Great view of Cabo

We really enjoyed our visit. Beyond the incredible vista, this place was clean and well appointed. Close proximity to downtown Cabo and the Marina made the location very convenient as well. All the comforts of home… Cable TV, WiFi and VOIP phone without the rain and cold. We will be back.

We stayed in this penthouse in early December, 2010. The photos do not do it justice. Incredible views from living room and two master suites. The penthouse looked brand new. An easy walk to town, but the safety of a gated community. This is definitely the best VRBO property I have ever stayed in. We liked it so much that we decided to book it again in early 2011. Perfect condo for 2 couples to share

This condo is everything the listing promises. Spectacular views and luxury accomodations. Close to town - its an easy walk down the hill to a number of very nice restaurants (not so easy back up the hill, but good exercise after dinner and if you don't feel like walking, taxis are readily available). Perfect for two couples because there are two identical master suites, so no arguing or jealousy about who gets the better bedroom. Brandon and Bebe are great property managers who see to your every need. Only problem is the unheated pool (the air temperature got down into the 40's a couple of nights), but this is probably only a problem for a short time during the year, and there is a jacuzzi to keep you wet and warm. Overall, this was a great trip.

The tempature did hit a low of 43 while you were in town, which was the coldest recorded night in Cabo history. This was a rare change in our weather but because you spent a few weeks with us nature made up for it providing an abundance of fabulous days to enjoy. I know the Jacuzzi warmed you up but the pool in our phase 2 will be heated and we will have additional ammenties such as a full gym, sauna, fire pits, 24 concierge, club house and much more! We're glad everyone enjoyed their stay and can't wait to have you back. Enjoy!!
