The area has lots of mature pine trees, larger lots, and is in a county rural area near ponds, Lake Mary, and hiking trials. It is located on a nice, quiet street, nestled back in the pines, on a flat lot with plenty of room for parking. It is only four miles from here, on Highway 89, to the Fairgrounds. You can continue on Highway 89 to Sedona and the beautiful Oak Creek Canyon. There you will find plenty of shopping and dining. It is also close to I-17, which will take you into town. This home is in the rural community of Kachina Village on 2 ACRES of land! No train noise, incredibly peaceful and it has great winter access. WIRELESS INTERNET AND 3 FLAT SCREENS WITH CABLE TV.
This community has its own park, bird preserve and hiking paths. It just a few minutes to NAU and yet still close to everything. For example, Big 5, Walmart, Red Lobster, Olive Garden and the Harkins Movie Theater are all close by.

This home is located on a hill side on 2 acres, with a sledding hill in your back yard, huge family room w/fireplace, cozy reading room, kitchen w/full appliances (cookware, utensils, small appliances, and coffee maker are provided). There's a large, full service laundry room (washer/dryer, iron/ ironing board). There's plenty of pine trees and wildlife. Access to peaceful and long walking/hiking trails, ponds with ducks, wildflowers, meadows, and beautiful scenery are just around the corner.
In the winter, sledding on winter hills/slopes are in your back yard. Just next door, there is a wonderful, ' Mountain Park' with multi-sports options including; basketball court, volley ball court, baseball accommodation for older youth and playground facilities for younger children. The home sits in the wooded pines surrounded by forest land, and yet is quickly accessible to all of Flagstaff and Sedona's wonderful amenities. You get the best of both worlds.

Rates are quoted below: Please be aware there are no fees for personal check or money orders. If you prefer to use a credit or debit card, there is a small fee. The rate is based on nightly fee with only the cleaning fee being an extra charge. WE ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS AND PERSONAL CHECKS USING OUR PAY-PAL SYSTEM.

Nightly Rate is $200.00- $250.00
Weekly Rates are $1,300.00 to $1,450.00
For Holiday Rates, please inquire.
Cleaning fee is based on number of guests, please inquire.
Requirements to book your stay: 50% Deposit is required. We are happy to accept online payments by credit card, paypal or by personal check. Please advise us of your payment choice at the time of booking.
Remaining 50% is due on day of arrival. This along with your cleaning fee must be paid on or before your arrival date.
100% REFUNDABLE up to 30 days prior to your arrival date. Simply advise me and we will be happy to refund your deposit in full. We only ask you cancel 30 days prior to your stay to give us time to re-rent the home. If you cancel after this time, your deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and will be credited to your stay amount when you arrive.
A Security Authorization on your Credit Card, MasterCard, Visa, or Discover Card will be taken at the time of arrival. Please see the terms and conditions on the contract sent to you prior to booking. This will be a pending authorization, not a charge, unless there is damage or missing items in the home.
No Smoking inside home. We have a covered patio outside for your smoking needs.
This home does have a cleaning fee, please contact me for price prior to your booking date.

This was the perfect spot to vacation with a lovely decorated, cozy & well-equipped home for 5 people. It is a nice feature that the porch is fenced in. Nice quiet place to take a walk in the forest & neighborhood, and so close to town & recreation. Thank you for your hospitality - we look forward to staying there again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
