"THE 5 PALMS BEACH HOUSE" is situated in the beautiful beach community of Crystal Beach smack in the Heart of Destin and the World's Most Beautiful Beaches.
Built in 2004 the "5 Palms" is with every thought designed to make your families vacation fantastic. Classic and upscale this home has the perfect floor plan for several couples or multi-family vacations. The exquisit decor includes granite countertops, beautiful travertine tile and wood flooring, and professionally decorated furnishings. A chefs delight, the gourmet kitchen is fully equipped, open, bright and outfitted with the best in stainless steel appliances. A wine closet is fully stocked and is on the "honor system", if you take one, you leave one. In the main house the first floor has one queen size bedroom with walk in closet, a full size bathroom, living room (which has a queen sleeper sofa and a great 52 in. flat screen to watch all your favorite teams), dining room & a beautiful kitchen.
The second floor has the master bedroom featuring a king bed with a beautiful lounger in the corner, a walk in closet and french doors leading to your own balcony for lovely veiws of the pool and a double chaise lounger to just relax and read your favorite novel,The adjoining master bathroom has relaxing natural toned travertine tiled floors,a double head shower,a jucuzzi tub, and a his and her sink with large mirrors.Down the hall are the laundry room with washer and dryer, a full size bathroom, and the "kids room" featuring 2 bunk beds with trundels sleeping a total of 6! Also a gaming console for entertainment and a walk in closet. On the third floor "the tower" there is a fooseball table, a queen sofa sleeper, a wetbar,and the balcony where you can watch the sun set from an amazingly breathtaking veiw.
The guest cottage provides a romantic retreat with 2 bedrooms. Both featuring french doors that open to the pool area. One bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has a queen bed that also features a kitchenette with a coffee maker,refridgerator,and toaster. There is a bathroom between bedrooms, a shared large walk-in closet and a door that can be closed for privacy
The outside of the "5 Palms" is just as upscale and accommodating. Including an outdoor shower with hot and cold water, a cook's "dream" gas grill, "Jacuzzi" hot tub, outdoor speaker system, and one of the LARGEST POOLS 18x28' in Crystal Beach. The pool has a play area for small children 12" deep and can be heated in Winter (November - March) for an additional charge.
Whether you're looking to reconnect with family & friends, relax poolside, or take a bike ride on the quiet streets, this house has all the amenities to provide a memorable week at the beach. Wifi is through out house and cottage.
The Emerald Coast and "The World's Most Beautiful Beaches" are just a short stroll away, approx. 200 yards from the end of the road is dedicated beach access which is clean and brick paved with a nice wash off area.
The "5 Palms is approx. 25 minutes from Ft.Walton airport.

Love that the cottage was separated from the main house by the heated pool and jacuzzi! All three floors of the main house have balconies (large ones!!!) overlooking the pool area and cottage. the house comes well stocked with basic items and is a mere block walk to the white sandy beach and a mere 3 minute drive (1-2 miles) to a major intersection which boasts more than 30 shops and restaurants. Had a wonderful time! Thank you!

"5 Palms" was a beautiful beach vacation home. My family and another family spent March 12-19 at this fabulous home. The home was beautifully decorated and had everything you needed for a wonderful time. The pictures did not do the home justice. We enjoyed staying home and grilling at night. The pool was great. And it was only about a 5 minute walk to the beach! I would definitely recommend this home to anyone planning on vacationing in this area. The owner was very helpful and answered all our questions readily. If our family returns to this area for vacation we will definitely rent "5 Palms" again. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!
