"THE 5 PALMS BEACH HOUSE" is situated in the beautiful beach community of Crystal Beach smack in the Heart of Destin and the World's Most Beautiful Beaches.
Built in 2004 the "5 Palms" is with every thought designed to make your families vacation fantastic. Classic, upscale and maticulously maintained this home has the perfect floor plan for several couples or multi-family vacations. The exquisit decor includes granite countertops, intricate tile work, and professionally decorated furnishings. A chefs delight, the gourmet kitchen is fully equipped, open, bright and outfitted with the best in stainless steel appliances. A wine closet is fully stocked and is on the "honor system", if you take one, you leave one. The main house, first floor, has one queen size bedroom, full size bathroom, living room, dining room & kitchen. The flooring consists of hardwood and travertine tile throughout.
The master suite, 2nd floor, is elegantly designed with a king size bed, oversized reading chair, bath with jacuzzi tub and seperate hand tiled shower with dual shower heads. Step out the french doors onto your private balcony to read your favorite novel or just enjoy the sounds of the ocean just steps away. The "kids room" is on the same floor, opposite end of the hall. It contains 2 bunks with trundles, (6 twin mattresses) and a full size bathroom. The tower room, 3rd floor, has a queen sleeper sofa, tv, wet bar, fooseball table and french doors leading out on the open balcony to view the sunrise or shooting stars!
The guest cottage provides a romantic retreat with 2 rooms, king and queen size beds in separate rooms with a doors to close for privacy, kitchenette with a coffee pot, toaster and refrigerator. A full bath and french doors leading to the private pool area.
The outside of the home is just as magnificant including outdoor shower with hot and cold water, gas grill, "Jacuzzi" hot tub, speaker system, and one of the LARGEST POOLS 18'x28' in Crystal Beach (pool has play area for small children 12" deep).
Whether you're looking to get reaquainted with your spouse, take a bike ride with your family on our quiet streets, or play golf with long lost friends, this house has all the amenities to provide for a lifetime of vacation memories. Within a few blocks you can rent bikes or mopeds for the family!
The Emerald Coast and "The World's Most Beautiful Beaches" are just a short stroll away, approx 200 yards, at the end of the road is dedicated beach access which is clean and brick paved with a nice wash off area. There's a gourmet cafe/coffee shop and fantastic seafood and sushi restaurant just around the corner. Great shopping at the Destin Commons is less than 1/2 mile away.
If you need to stay connected no worries. WIRELESS HIGH SPEED internet access is available throughout the house and pool area.
Bedding: 2 kings, 2 queen, 2 sets of bunk beds each with a trundle bed, and 2 queen sleeper sofas.
Policy of no more than 18 guests strictly inforced. A damage deposit of $500 is required to hold reservations. We accept personal checks, money orders and credit cards. Credit cards will be paid through paypal and charged a 3% additional fee.
