  My husband and I came to Maui to celebrate our 25th anniversary with our 2 grown children and their partners. This clean, beautifully decorated condo quickly became our new home for 2 weeks. We lacked for nothing, including beach gear. The roof top barbeque area as well as the pool were enjoyed by us all. A/C is not needed during the day with the front and lanai doors left open - lovely breezes kept us cool. The building itself is extremely quiet and centrally located - great view from the lanai, whether day or night. Ada is fabulous and prompt to work with, and I would not hesitate to recommend her condo to anyone considering a Maui vacation. We look forward to returning soon!

  I didn't know that two weeks could go that fast. We had a wonderful time and a relaxing stay in Ada's condo. The condo was fully stocked with dishes ( even a blender!!) and every requirement for great trips to the beach. The roof top BBQ was great for making dinner and enjoying the sunset and whale watching! We would definitely be coming back and hope to stay in Ada's place when we do.

  Wow, what a condo! Our party consisted of: three sisters, daughter, and daughter's best friend. It was a birthday trip for all three sisters, with birthdays in Oct, Nov, and Dec. Ada and DiAnna went out of their way to help the youngest sister plan a wonderful surprise party for us. We walked into this beautiful condo and immediately felt at home. The decor is classy and tasteful. The location is hard to beat, and the view from the Lanai is beautiful. We went to Hana the day after we arrived, so we set our alarms and got up early to make the long journey up the mountain to hike through the bamboo forest to Waimoku Falls. We went back to the condo and used the grills to BBQ dinner and then went to bed early. The next day we were planning on getting up early and just relaxing on the beach, but.....the beds are so comfortable we didn't wake up until 10:30 am. We did go to the beach, just a little later then planned. We went to the Ioa Needle, parasailing, luau, snorkeling, and drove all over the island and coming back to Ada's place was a pleasure. We honestly can't describe how comfortable and relaxing it is to stay here. Mahalo Ada, and mahalo DiAnna, you made our visit so very nice!

  The condo was very comfortable. It was nice to have a/c in each room. We loved having our morning coffee on the patio to hear the ocean waves and tropical birds. Being able to see the sunset from the condo patio was also nice. The condo is fully stocked, made it very easy to cook. The location of the condo was awesome, very close to everything and one block from beach. We had an awesome vacation in Kihei. Thank you Ada!

  We travel to Hawaii every year and after staying in KBR402 we won't be looking for another place to stay. From day one it was evident that Ada took great care in providing a wonderful experience for her guests. We have stayed in many condos on the islands, even another unit in KBR, and this was truly the finest. Not only was the condo stocked with anything we could ever possibly need, but everything was top quality. The beach towels were large and thick, like what you give to a guest in your own home. The beach chairs and umbrella provided made trips to the beach even more enjoyable. If you like to cook, you'll be pleased to find everything in the kitchen that you need is top notch. Not a fan of rattan? Me either, so you will love the nice comfy sofa and loveseat in the family room. Flat screen tvs in the family and both bedrooms so everyone could watch their choice of program. The central air was truly a luxury for a good nights sleep. The view is great and you are literally a 2 minute walk from the beach. Besides the immaculate condition of KBR402, it's at the best location location in Kihei, right across the street from Kam I beach. Park your car and enjoy a walk to many restaurants. One of our favorite lunch places, Cafe O'Lei, is one block away. Taqueria Cruz and Maui Tacos are also very close and inexpensive. Da Kitchen for a local plate is a must do. Breakfast at Kihei Cafe makes for a nice morning walk. Want to try a different beach? Kam II and III are all within walking distance. If you don't mind driving the beautiful Wailea beaches are just 5 minutes away. The only thing we could have asked for was to stay longer. Mahalo Ada for allowing us to be a guest in your home, we look forward to spending another vacation there next year.

  This is the nicest condo we've rented in Kihei. Very well appointed and simply the perfect location. Owner Ada has done a fantastic job keeping the place maintained and she seems to have continual projects to enhance the unit even further! Communication with her was simple and straightforward and she made sure we were comfortable once we checked in. We never got a chance to try the full unit A/C but it would sure be nice to have if the Trade Winds weren't blowing. We are definitely planning on coming back! Mahalo Ada for providing such a fine place that really feels like a home away from home.

  We found this condo after an extensive search on vrbo and other sites. We selected this condo due to the proximity to the beach, shops, ocean view, A/C, and the updates that have been done. Upon arrival, we were very happy with our decision to stay here. It was very clean and well furnished and had everything we needed. We grilled on the top floor common area everyday where the view is amazing. It was also great waking up to the view from the 4th floor condo every morning. The trade winds kept the condo cool during the day and we ran the A/C at night to help us sleep better. Ada was great to work with and we would recommend this condo for anyone coming to Maui. We really prefer South Maui to West Maui and we look forward to coming back some day.

  Everything was absolutely perfect! Unlike other places we have stayed, the pictures online were truly representative of what you provided. Everything we needed or wanted, you provided. I have only one suggestion: make more condos like yours so we can come back sooner!!!!! Thanks again for providing us a home away from home.

  We have stayed at Kamaole Beach Royale previously, but Ada's unit is by far the best in the building. Beautifully decorated and well stocked with top of the line furniture bedding and kitchen needs, etc. Ada is amazing! She accommodated our every need. Even when we misbooked our flights she managed to get us the extra time we needed. Thanks again Ada for sharing your unit with us! We will be back.

  We so enjoyed this renovated condo -- the amenities, the location, and support from the owner, Ada, as we made date changes along the way! You will get the complete package -- well maintained, clean, water toys, BBQ on the roof, and a joy to spend time in with a wonderful view!! We would definitely recommend and look forward to making it a regular on our travels.
